Got locked out of my storage unit. I called at 3:30 and we promised to me at 4:30. He got there at 4:15 and waited for me. Great guy, good at his job. Very fast service. Called on a Saturday to get new locks and they arrived in an hour and we're done in 15 minutes. Gave recommendations for a keyless entry system which is helpful given how many are on the market. Definitely plan on using the, again when ready to install the keyless lock. read more

Fast and excellent service. My purse was stolen the day before with identification and keys. Gil gave us same day service and was very fair with pricing. The maintenance company for my apartment building cut my lock to get into my apartment to fix a leak. I called another lock company and the guy did a poor job installing the lock. It was uneven and I had to lift the door a little to line everything up to lock the top but the bottom would not lock because the top lock was uneven. Today One Stop Locksmith came to fix this mess and install a new lock and Mr. Aviv did a great job. The top and bottom locks are aligned and they lock properly. The fee was fair and Mr. Aviv was very patient and helpful. The company is 24hrs 7 days a week. If I ever need a lock installed I know who to call. THANK YOU GIL AND AVIV!! THANK YOU ONE STOP LOCKSMITH!!!!!! read more

Definitely recommend. Super fast response, very reasonable price, and very courteous and knowledgeable staff.

I called one stop locksmith to have a lock changed. They give you a price quote over the phone for the work needed. The price was reasonable. The technician arrived within a half an hour and the technician who i forgot his name was friendly and informative. Overall I was satisfied with the service from one stop and I would recommend them if you need locksmith service. read more

You don't need to look any further for a Locksmith. Seriously One Stop Locksmith was super professional, super courteous, and It was a good experience. Its rare that you are smiling after you lock yourself out of your place, but i was. I called around and most places were closed, and some had horrible rates. But One Stop Lcoksmith was open and was fairly priced, and even made sure call me when they arrived and not just take off. He had all the tools needed, and got me in my house quickly and without damaging my lock... I seriously recommend them. read more

After moving into my home, I needed to change all the locks on it so I called a few different locksmiths including One Stop. They all came over, looked at the job to be done and gave me a estimate. Not only was One Stop the most affordable by far, but the quality of the locks and the system He was setting up in my home was by far superior. Gil is also just a super nice Guy and it was a pleasure to give him business. I'm so Happy I used One Stop Locksmith. read more

Contacted via email on a Sunday and in an hour I received a reply and quote. Made a appointment for the same day and his tech arrived in an hour. Had a cylinder replaced with new set of keys. The tech was in and out in less than an hour. Completely satisfied. read more

This rating is for being helpful and honest. I'm not from here so I didn't know all the laws that landlords have to uphold and I was prepared to spend a few hundred bucks getting my broken lock replaced. The tech who answered explained to me they would gladly do it and for half of what the first guy I called quoted, but that legally I was entitled to have it done for free. And they were right, of course! Got the super on the job and my wallet and I can breathe easy! Thank you so much for just being a decent human! read more

Thank you for being the only 24-hour locksmith who was actually willing to help us on August 12th at 3 a.m. Thank you for driving across the bridge to do it. Thank you for being calm and professional. Thank you for keeping your word and being there when you said you'd be. Thank you for your persistence and willingness to keep trying to get into a stubbornly locked car. Thank you for your fair rates. You guys are great and we feel nothing but gratitude for how you helped us. You probably won't hear from us about being locked out of our house again 'cause now we're hiding a key. But for other lock issues? Definitely. We trust you. read more

My front door lock broke when I was trying to get in after work at 2am. Gil charged a premium for getting out of bed and driving over to me at that hour but it was actually less than a few other locksmiths I called. He was polite, courteous, quick and efficient in replacing the lock. 3 months later, the same lock started to stick. Gil returned and fixed a manufacturing defect at no charge. It was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated. Locksmiths get a bad rap as opportunistic extortioners, but I really feel like I found a good one. read more

When you lock yourself out of your apartment on a Friday night you basically just have to trust google to get you through it. I didn't even think to try yelp. I thought the price was very reasonable and being that I have never actually locked myself out EVER I don't know the going rates and was expecting it to cost a small fortune. After talking to other people who told me how much they paid during weekday hours I was VERY happy with this price. He was very quick to arrive and it didn't hurt one bit that he was easy on the eyes lol Aside from a trip to the store turning into the most expensive 12 pack of seltzer ever it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you! read more

Be very careful when choosing this locksmith. In July 2016, I moved to the Bronx and on the recommendation of a family member I used One Stop Locksmith (OSL). I paid $550.00 to have two cylinders changed on one door and two no-lock door knobs added to two different doors. I don't know about you, but when I pay that kind of money I expect the trades-person to stand by their work. OSL does not stand by their work. The door knobs onto which the cylinders were installed have come loose. I called OSL and was told the following, "It's like if I change a tire on your car then something goes wrong with the car that has nothing to do with me...it will be $85.00 to come out and look at it." I thanked OSL and hung-up. If I have to explain that when changing a tire you can damage the axial, strip the bolts, etc. then I am working too hard. A locksmith who changes a cylinder and charges top dollar to do that, then has the door knob directly above that cylinder become loose and does not repair that knob is...well, you fill in your adjective. I must share that when I lived in Manhattan I used Morales Hardware and Locksmith in East Harlem multiple times and never had an issue. I guess that's because they did excellent work at a fair price - and they stood by their work. Too bad Morales does not serve the Bronx. Given my experience, I don't understand how anyone could give this business a favorable rating. You have been warned. read more

One Stop Locksmith came to my rescue.I lost my keys to my apartment and had no spare. One Stop Locksmith staff member met me in front of my building through a snowstorm. The locksmith replaced my lock with a more secured lock and it came with 3 spare keys. Great service and did I mention he came at the peak of a snowstorm. read more

This was quick (15 minutes for him to arrive), not too expensive and the locksmith was super friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my lock and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend!!!! read more

Wow. Coming from an International flight and locked out from home! This guy came through! God bless him!

These guys just opened my daughter's car in the Bronx. 30 minutes from when I called, they were there and in the car. 8:00 at night. The guy was friendly and efficient, opened it right away. The price was as stated on the phone, plus tax of course. This was not the kind of thing I wanted to deal with in my evening, but they solved it quickly and without me driving the spare set to the Bronx. Worth it. read more

I decided to call One Stop to install my new lock because their Yelp reviews were not only positive, many were actually enthusiastic. I figured they had to be something special for people to be excited about lock services. When I called for nighttime service, I was quoted a very reasonable price. I was also informed that my locksmith (I think his name is Sharon) would be arriving within an hour. I'm happy to say that the locksmith was on time, pleasant and professional. If I ever need additional locksmith services, this is the place I will call! read more

A locksmith with a heart! Truly a reliable and a helpful locksmith. I'm thankful for calling "one stop locksmith" when I got locked out of my room. The price quoted over the phone was reasonable and the locksmith was also willing to give a good discount for his services!
