Warning: these guys are a scam. Do not call them unless you want to be completely ripped off. They quoted a price of $29 for the service call and $25 per hour. The guy arrived in about an hour, and after attempting to pick the cylinder lock for about 5 minutes, decides he has to drill it out. It takes him about 20 minutes to drill the hole and when he's done, says the price will be $216. I called back the main number to speak with the guy I originally spoke to, and he says, "I said the price started at $25 and hour." Wait, then it gets better...He then says it's cash only. I tell him I don't have that much cash on me, they say they will take my credit card, but they charge and additional 7%. Total cost: $280.

So a few weeks later, I needed to get one of my Volkswagen key fobs programmed and I took a ride over to them again. The remote worked fine when I was at the shop but it didn't work once I got at home and they attempted to use it just as a back up key because it wouldn't open the doors and lock the doors . I went back, and I saw the person the program the key and I explained to him it wasn't working properly, and he immediately asked me how long ago I had the key fob programmed. Being as I had a bright blue Volkswagen Jetta, that is an overly a common vehicle I expected him to remember me as it was only three weeks ago and the representative took his programming unit. It worked fine while we were at the key shop but once again, the key fob does not work and is only good for unlocking unlocking the door. Because I paid over $120.00 to have the key fob programmed, I'm very disappointed and apprehensive about going back to the key shop because I was asked how long ago I had to key fob programed.
