Great job! They worked quickly and thoroughly. Very affordable! Highly recommend and I will hire them again!

Elmer did a move-out carpet cleaning for me. He was very responsive to messages in setting up the appointment and timely in arriving. Elmer did an outstanding job - took the time to get out stains that predated our residency. I wouldn't hesitate to schedule him again. Thank you Elmer. read more

Had my carpet cleaned by Elmer Nov 11. He did 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs from the main level to 2nd floor, stairs from main level to basement, and the basement. He was very efficient. He made sure to ask me to check that everything looked good before he moved on to another area. Home smells good and the carpets deep cleaned! He is very respectful of the space (took shoes off and wiped hardwood floor when some of the cleaning liquids dripped). 10/10 would recommend and I also plan on reaching out to him for other handyman services! read more

My wife and I both work full time and have a young daughter and a dog. We found that it was difficult to juggle all of our responsibilities while also taking proper care of our home, so we reached out to A Cleaning Services for help. Elmer was extremely quick to respond and professional. He came to our house the following day for a free estimate and worked quickly to get us on his schedule. Once here he and his partner worked efficiently and thoroughly and our place is immaculate. I highly recommend this service! read more

Elmer absolutely knocked it out of the park. I could smell the carpet cleaner from the elevator (which is across the entire building). He did an amazing job with my apartment move out process and was sensational to work with. 15/10 recommend him and his services for your routine home cleaning or your deep clean move out process. I wouldn't think twice before hiring him again. read more

Elmer and his wife are amazing. I was looking for a home cleaning but all other companies were asking WAY more than I could afford. Elmer responded quickly with a REASONABLE price. Not only were him and his wife extremely thurow but also accommodating and friendly. I asked to get my carpet cleaned last minute and Elmer said no problem (this was extra, but worth it). He even followed up couple hours later to check in on the carpets. Not only will I recommend but I plan to have them come over once a month. read more

A Cleaning Service came out on a short-fused request to quickly turn around a move-out cleaning. They did an exceptional job.

Elmer was excellent! He came into what was a tough job and did brilliantly. Am so pleased that I've hired them to clean our home regularly.

Overall, I enjoyed their service. They responded quickly and I was able to schedule with them for a few days out on the same day that I contacted them. The products they use smell so good! They were kind, affordable, and moved pretty quickly. The oven was spotless. They even cleaned my toaster oven that I was planning to throw away, but now I've decided to keep because of how clean it is. They went above and beyond for a regular cleaning. They also asked me to look at everything before they left. I forgot to ask them to wipe down the baseboards and also realized that in some areas they cleaned, they forgot to clean behind things (such as behind a lamp). However, I'll be sure to ask for those things next time. I would use them again for routine cleaning of my home. read more

Elmer is the best, punctual, thorough and affordable. He cleaned my carpet in my new house, took his time and afterwards it was like new and smelled great. Him and his wife helped me do a move out clean at my old apartment with a very dirty kitchen. It was spotless afterwards. They did their best to follow my timelines for a successful move out and never took the smile off their face. Highly recommend and I would use them again at my new place read more

She did A great job...very thorough. Will be booking again... affordable also... oven an fridge cleaning was included in the price

Elmer's wife Lucy came to clean our house very last minute because our primary cleaner had to cancel on us last minute. Long story short, we are now using Lucy as our regular cleaner because of how great she did. I have very high standards when it comes to "clean," and I mean that. It can be annoy at times, but Lucy might have me beat on cleaning standards based on what I saw. I came home while Lucy was finishing up and was shocked at how clean things were. Not only did she tidy and clean any and every where she could, you could tell she scrubbed stubborn areas to make sure they were spotless. For example, I have a 1 year old daughter who likes to make a mess with her food every mealtime and the tile underneath her chair can be tough to clean because fruits and vegetables tend to stick. Spotless. She even cleaned her chair. Not only was our house cleaner and neater than I've seen it before, Lucy was 5 minutes early to our scheduled time (rare for cleaners based on what I've experienced), and extremely sweet. Our daughter even took a liking to her and wouldn't stop smiling and waving at her. Anyway, I don't normally post reviews but I felt the need to in this case. If you need cleaning services you will not regret hiring Lucy. read more

We set up an appointment and the guy no showed. I called him several times and he finally picked up the phone. He just simply said "I didn't want to do it at the time after all" and "let's set up a different time". I told him I'd try and figure one out, found some time and called again. Left several voicemails and he didn't once return my call. I do not recommend him at all as he's incredibly unreliable. read more

I needed a quick turnaround to get the carpets and house cleaned for my home which was going on the market the following week. Elmer was very responsive, on time, and delivered with top quality. I was very grateful to have found someone who can do all of those services within a reasonable price. He and his team cleaned all our bathrooms, kitchen appliances, windows and sills, shampooed carpet on all three floors, and they have excellent work ethic. I will be a returning customer, and recommend his services to anyone looking. read more

They never responded to my calls or text I was on the phone for over 35 min. Bad customer service

Elmer was quick to get us scheduled and did a good job for a house of this size (move in cleaning for 5 bed, 3 bath). He and his wife were very friendly, as well. I was glad to have hired them and would ask them to return. His prices were also very competitive. read more

This company is so good, that I had to write a review 5 minutes after they left. My house smells and looks as good as I have ever seen it. I have to really applaud their oven and stove cleaning especially, because it looks brand new. Not only are their prices reasonable but you get good quality cleaning. I will be using this company as long as I am in Maryland, and will recommend it always to anyone. Thank you again Elmer, you guys are the best!! read more

Elmer and his wife Luz (sp?) came to clean my uncle's apartment, which had not been cleaned in way too long and was in bad shape. They did a great job and were very efficient. There prices are very reasonable and they are trustworthy and kind people. I like that the person you talk to when you first call (Elmer) is also the person who shows up to clean. I strongly recommend hiring Elmer. He responded quickly and came on time. He cleaned the carpet so well, with attention to detail (the corners that are hard to clean). He brought all of his own equipment. What impressed me most of all are two things. When he left, water drizzled on the floor, and he went down on the floor to wipe it dry. I've hired many people to help me with house matters, and he is the only person who cares about leaving the area spotless when he leaves. Second, when it rained the day after he cleaned my carpet, he offered to come with a dryer to dry my carpet (because air dry wouldn't work). This is another level of service. I never had a cleaner this helpful in DC! read more

Elmer and his team did an amazing job. My oven looks like it came right out of the factory. I spent all afternoon just walking around my house marveling at the job well done. Friendly, quick reply, attentive to specific needs and very reasonable. Definite recommend. read more

Very impressed and happy that I found Elmer and his company to help keep our house clean! Our oven is so clean that it looks new. I didn't even realize it could come that clean. I was also impressed by all the other little details like cleaning the toaster oven, the fingerprints off our stainless steel refrigerator, and even the crayon markings from my daughter's art table. Overall, the house looks great and it is such a relief to have found a reliable, affordable, and top notch cleaning crew. read more

Elmer was stellar! We booked him for a move-in carpet cleaning of 1,400+ sq ft of carpet in our new home when he quoted us at the lowest cost, and he took special care to wash every room and stairwell step. There were some old stains that refused to budge but he spent extra time trying to get them out. The house smelled amazing when he was finished. Would book again in a heartbeat, and based on the great carpet cleaning work, I'd also try them next as house cleaners if we decide we need regular cleanings. read more
