The cold foam was great, light, creamy, and properly sweetened but honestly, I would've loved the latte even without it. The balance of black sesame is excellent. You can actually taste it, while the orange blossom complements ut well. Definitely coming back here. The service was great too. I got to chat with two of the workers for a while about coffee, and they were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that in comparison to other coffee shops the space is very limited. There is a bit of bar style seating against the wall inside and a few chairs in the middle but no tables. My friend Alyssa absolutely loves Summer Moon, it's her favorite place. For my recent birthday, she bought me a Summer Moon gift card. On 9/4/26, thanks to her I was able to see for myself why she loves it so much. The coffee is organically grown and roasted in an open flame brick roaster. Wow. You can totally taste that uniqueness in the blends. Holy poo, that Moon Milk is something else! It's a signature sweet cream that's like the icing on the liquid cake. Kinda literally. Next time I'm going to check out another location to try the seasonal Iced Pumpkin Moon Latte. Here's the scoop...Nitro coffee begins as cold brew and is then infused with nitrogen gas, which creates tiny little bubbles that give it a creamy, velvety texture. It has the foaminess of beer. Important to note, it has no alcohol. They have an assortment of food- pastries, tacos and sandwiches. The coffee shop is large with seating space on both sides of the coffee shop. There is also outside seating. I ordered the matcha latte and a migas taco with potato and avocado. The matcha latte was initially too matcha-y. I added a lavender flavoring and it was perfect. The migas taco was especially tasty. Mark, the barista, was very friendly and accommodating.
