First time at Alchemy, my wife wanted to try it since she has a juicer and we drink a beet and apple juice concoction every day. Here are some of my thoughts: -It is located in / near casa de luz, which is a hub of wellness / yoga / spirituality shops. -The cafe itself is tiny, just enough room inside for two or three people to order, but there is plenty of seating outside if you like. -The service was good. She talked us through some recommendations, and we both landed on "sweet greens," which is most similar to the juice my wife makes daily. -Besides not having beet juice, it was a very pleasant flavor. The most distinct taste to me was the celery. It added a little spice to the sweet apple. -The drinks were refrigerated, which I love, and served in a glass bottle. I was really excited to try this spot since it came so highly recommended, but unfortunately our experience missed the mark. My husband and I each ordered a drink, but only mine was made. The barista's friend came in, and she spent about 10 minutes chatting and making her friend's drink, completely forgetting about my husband's order. This place is a tiny shop in the same complex as Casa De Luz. Because of its size all seating is outside but with such pretty scenery and ample shade i can't complain. I ordered the Cosmic Peppermint Latte which was a unique drink with a hefty ($9) price tag. It was quite refreshing and while the peppermint was the standout flavor it wasn't too overwhelming of the other ingredients. I found that the further into finishing the drink the more I seemed to like it. My friend let me try her iced cold brew that she ordered and it was really tasty and more reasonably priced. As a cold brew fan I might make it my next order but the Tumeric Latte also seems enticing. The service was friendly and modestly fast. read more

Alchemy Juice is legit! They clean all their fruits and veggies in Kangen water, use only organic foods, and everything is so fresh. The donuts are HIGH integrity and containing chaga or turkey tail, super foods, and using only coconut sugar! Everything is gluten free! The Love Elixir is like strawberry milk, the liver detox is beautiful, and nothing beats the blue lemonade on a HAWT day! The Spring Bowl roll... this is what dreams are made of! That sauce!!! I was looking for a cold-pressed juice spot and Alchemy popped up on Yelp. I've seen them on Instagram (they also do home delivery) ~ so glad I decided to stop by! Very fond of everything I've tried so far - ordered an immunity juice, coffee, the "liver lover" that is like a boosted up OJ (orange, carrot, turmeric, etc.) and a couple of green juices that weren't too sweet (but didn't taste like straight up grass either). Service was also great! I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Prices are in line with what I've seen for cold-pressed juices (not cheap, but the juices are made with high quality, organic ingredients). FYI it's actually located on the Casa de Luz grounds (walk all the way to the back - Alchemy juice stand is right outside Casa de Luz's main café building). I was a little confused when driving up, because this little gem is tucked back in between the apartment complexes and past the school in the front. You walk through a beautiful garden, that makes you feel like you are in Hawaii. With the birds chirping in the smells of organic juice I close my eyes and I just hope to hear the ocean. When you reach the back, on the right hand side there is to play places for children, and ample seating. The large trees give lots of shade so on hot days you can sit and enjoy your cold pressed juice. Being from Portland I've had a lot of juice and Alchemy IS something to write home about! The raw, organic veggies and fruits that they use really come through in the flavor of the drink. You can taste each ingredient and they blend together nicely. read more

It is located right next to Casa De Luz, where you can grab some lunch, dinner, and then you can grab a juice or even a coffee at Alchemy. They even have a bunch of green juices that you can select from. The lady at the front counter was also extremely sweet and I was lucky to be able to converse with her. Great place! read more

I ordered a latte but got something else, I think it might have been made with oat milk or almond milk? I'm pretty sure it had coffee in it, but the flavors were wrong. The server should have checked with me if they were going to use something other than regular milk, I was deeply disappointed. read more

Stopped in for a black iced coffee (nothing crazy). When I went to pay I saw that it was over 11$. I asked the server if that was a mistake. She shrugged and said it was the price. So, this place is officially the most expensive cup of coffee I've ever purchased (in any city in the world). It was fine coffee, but about double the cost of what it should be.
