I cannot say enough great things about Sergio and his team at Marble Palace! From beginning to end,…read moremy experience was absolutely amazing. Sergio was extremely professional, responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Anytime I called with questions, he was always available to answer them. He even went out of his way multiple times to meet with me at my shop and make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. His customer service truly went above and beyond! Once I finally made my decision, everything moved incredibly fast! I was originally told it would take about seven days, but to my surprise, they called me just TWO days later saying they were ready to complete the job! The installation itself took only about two hours. When I returned to my shop to see the finished work, I absolutely fell in love! Everything looked beautiful, and what impressed me even more was how clean they left the place. Not a single mess, piece of debris, or anything left behind. You could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and respected my business. It's not every day you come across a company that is this reliable, honest, efficient, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Sergio and his team exceeded my expectations in every way!

I had my old tile granite countertop replaced with a siltstone quartz and I am so glad they were the ones who made this happen. From start to finish, they have been very accommodating with our schedules and they were in constant contact and update. The guy who did our template measuring, Frank had such a great attitude and was very thorough and thoughtful in providing us with choices on what would work best with what we have. All in all a great experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Prime Granite (PG) recently completed a kitchen remodel for me here in the S. Bay (San Jose) that I…read morecould not be more pleased with. Additionally, I had new bathroom (primary and guest) vanities, quartz countertops, backsplashes and sinks installed. From start to finish, everyone I worked with was responsive, flexible, knowledgable and kind (all excellent traits in general but especially for a renovation newbie like myself). While I kept the original layout of my kitchen, full demolition was necessary and as such, new cabinetry and hardware, kitchen sink and quartz countertops and backsplash were required, all of which I was able to select from their showroom offerings. They also completed a breakfast bar for me with a quartz countertop with waterfall edge time match the kitchen counter top waterfall. I am IN LOVE with the final look and I can't wait to cook in my new kitchen and host friends in my newly renovated space. Extra shout out to Owen and two of PG's fabricators, Miguel and Junior, for making my first foray into renovating as pleasurable as a renovation can be. I highly recommend PG for their superior work, customer care and competitive prices.

Just spent 2 hours today working with an extremely knowledgeable sales representative, Saqibl Khan…read more He was able to answer all of our questions, put together in a very short period of time our kitchen cabinets design and gave us invaluable expertise as to the cabinetry layout. My wife and I would highly recommend Saqib to anyone looking for top quality customer service and Granite Expo's prices are very competitive.

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
