From start to finish, everyone I worked with was responsive, flexible, knowledgable and kind (all excellent traits in general but especially for a renovation newbie like myself). While I kept the original layout of my kitchen, full demolition was necessary and as such, new cabinetry and hardware, kitchen sink and quartz countertops and backsplash were required, all of which I was able to select from their showroom offerings. They also completed a breakfast bar for me with a quartz countertop with waterfall edge time match the kitchen counter top waterfall. They have a wide variety of quality tile, along with the other items needed to get the job done (seat frames, wall inserts, grout, sealers, etc.). Janice, the owner, was a helpful sounding board in helping to match my tile choice to a mosaic accent along with grout color. She generously loaned samples to take home to "try out". The office manager, Travis, did a nice job of communicating to the contractor and me regarding the status of our orders. All interactions with them were pleasant and professional. We had carpet and luxury vinyl planks installed in our home. The Larsons are a great sales couple,…read morethe carpet installers were great, but the LVP installers I wouldn't let near my dog house. They didn't set up a partition, so they used a leveling concrete material, and grinding it down getting all that dust on all our furniture, Abbey had to pay to get it cleaned. Then instead of removing the old linoleum in the kitchen they went over the top of it all and on the two large sides, the planks started to lift, so they had to come back and remove baseboards removed planks and cut back the linoleum to where it wasn't lifting, instead removing all of it, now I'm having problems in other areas in the kitchen. This same company painted my cabinets and didn't prep, sand or clean the doors so immediately you could see the corners where dust was painted over, they didn't mask anything, my stove top and fridge were a mess, they vented out through a side screen and got over spray all on that screen, then later on trimming my bushes out in the front yard I found where they dumped the excess paint. So if you get a guy names richard or his son Richard jr. Out to install anything, unless they found Jesus and turned from their wicked work, then don't let them in, you'll be sorry. Their countertop person was the only one I seen that cared about and did high quality work. Just please screen their contractors if you see something not right or you get a check or red flag, don't ignore it, it's your right to request another installer, or cancel order. You don't wanna be sorry.
