I had Adrian construction come out to give me and estimate on 7-24-2024. I called after a week to check on it since that is when Donavan said it would be ready and the lady answering the phone said it usually takes longer so I wait another week and called, had to leave a message but never got a return call. It has been a month yesterday and no call back from Adrian Construction. I asked if the company did small jobs and the first lady said they did and so did Donavan when he came out. Great team! I'm so glad we went with Adrian Construction. Our kitchen had an island with two levels and was half granite, half cream tile and had very little backsplash. We have light oak cabinets (that match our light wood floors) and we wanted to embrace them. I brought my ideas to their showroom and Darci helped me go through numerous samples, take them home to see them in our lighting and I was able to narrow it down. Their team is amazing. The owner seemed friendly, but could never provide us with a bid. We finally got tired of his promises and moved on.

Added granite countertops and back splash to kitchen, built wet bar/island, installed carpet in 4 bedrooms and new vinyl plank flooring throughout the house. Less than 3 years later and all carpets had tidal waves of bulging carpet and the stair nosings downstairs were showing large groups of tiny staples in the corners that weren't visible until now. Really? Staples???? WTH! Embarrassing to admit I paid for that crappy a job on those stairs and carpet installation. Called Adrian Construction and nobody called me back. Poor workmanship on carpet and floor; great job on countertop, island and backsplash. read more

Changed my tile countertops to quartz with a travertine tile backsplash and a farmhouse sink. Very pleased with the time it took to do the job as well as the professionalism of the crews that came in. Donovan and crew were great in communicating when they would be there so that I knew where to leave my dog for the day. The crews were friendly and answered any questions I had. It's all good! We first contacted Donovan to get our shower tiled and it turned out to be so much more, all good! After discussions with Donovan and Eric giving advice on widening the narrow opening in the shower and from there tiling and modernizing the whole cubicle the results were amazing! Very happy with the result. The crew worked hard and were super friendly. All this happened at the beginning of the Covid crisis and masks were worn throughout the job when contact was made. All good! From that experience we decided on other jobs we wanted done - taking out a wall to widen the dining room area; redoing the laundry room and widening an opening in the family room tv area. All trades were used in all the jobs done, construction, floor tiling, painting etc. all completed in a professional, safe and friendly manner. We had our quartz countertop installed by this company. Mostly nice job but several mistakes. Worst part was dealing with the owner to try and resolve the issue. I have never dealt with a business owner that was so rude and confrontational. He kept raising his voice the entire conversation. It is obvious that he has no idea what goes on at the job sites. His employee told us one thing but Donovan "doesn't care" because he didn't say it. The "Supervisor" that was in charge at our job site was present during the conversation with Donovan and had nothing to say. I can see why. The employee is probably afraid to speak the truth in front of his boss because of how this guy reacts. Zero stars for this business. And I use the term business lightly because you have to be professional to be a good business owner. I'm sure now a fake response filled with excuses will be coming my way... read more
