I've experienced long waits even when I'm the only car in line, and the food quality has been inconsistent. I'm almost ready to drive the extra six minutes to the other Chick-fil-A down the street. I've also tried using the mobile drive-thru at this location, and it hasn't gone smoothly. Each time, there's been a car ahead of me that doesn't realize they need to place a mobile order, which causes delays. It feels like the employees focus on the regular drive-thru line, leaving mobile users stuck behind drivers who didn't read the signs. Overall, it seems like this location still has some kinks to work out.
