This location has an abundance of passive and rude employees, not to mention the lack of follow up and communication as to why orders are running far behind, despite the designated pick up time. The location on this specific day did not do anything to double check and see if my order was correct, I of course opened the bag myself and come to find out, that it was completely the wrong items. I work across the intersection from this Chick Fil-A, placed my order at 7:19 am, and figured it would be ready within 5-10 minutes tops! Since I only ordered two egg whites, and one piece of grilled chicken breast. However, that wasn't the case, after walking up to the window when receiving my text indicating my order was "ready" I continued to wait an additional 17 minutes... Mind you, while I had been standing there at the pick up window waiting for my mobile order, I witnessed two customers walk up to the order window, placed their orders, and still received their orders before me!? This is what lead me to speak up and voice my displeasure, but even then, I received blank stares from the staff and passive aggressive attitude from one particular staff member. Now I will give credit to one particular employee, who I assume was the shift manager, she did say "sorry for the wait", but at that point, one too many errors had occurred to give me an unpleasant pick up experience. Context on the order: 1.) Chicken breast filet (which they got right) 2.) Grilled chicken, with two egg whites, tomato, and cheese. (They did not handle that correctly) Instead, they bagged up a spicy chicken biscuit sandwich with the breaded chicken breast instead of the grilled breast. To many other people, this review may appear very trivial and no big deal, and I whole heartedly would have felt this way had there been some type of communication and or accountability for the lack of customer service I was provided this morning. I do not recommend ordering mobile here in the morning/opening time, because you would think that with no orders on the line, or no customers there, that you would receive your order in no time, that is not the case at this Bellflower location, but maybe just not with this specific morning crew that worked. read more

Ok Bellflower so the Chick-Fil-A on Clark and rosecrans is finally open . Had to say that while it was a rainy day the experience was amazing as you would expect from any Chick-Fil-A . I really like their drive through set up . One line for apps and mobile the other for regular customers . That a plus and they also have charging stations for electric cars . The food is staple and we all know that chick-Fil-A taste like so that no mystery. What's amazing is the service and how modern and top notch this one is . Love the food and service ! Horrible experience every time I order an Uber eats they always give me my large fry halfway empty. I don't know if someone's eating them or the drivers eating my food but the food is never up to satisfaction every time I'm here. Clean and new building with same great food and similar traffic as any other location. A little concerning as the drive-thru has two sections where drive thru traffic intersects with the lot traffic and could possibly be worse than the downey location. The drive thru is also one lane only, pushing customers towards mobile ordering. Lastly, no root beer. There are now 3 Chick-fil-a within a 5 mile radius so I won't be too concerned about this one. read more

Chick-fil-A is usually my go-to fast-food spot--I eat there quite a bit. Unfortunately, tonight's meal didn't meet the usual standard. The fries were old and saggy. There were plenty of them, but they were honestly some of the worst fries I've ever had. The nuggets also tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The chicken sandwich was the only part of the meal that was up to par. This location is new and only a minute from my home, but so far it's been underwhelming. I've experienced long waits even when I'm the only car in line, and the food quality has been inconsistent. I'm almost ready to drive the extra six minutes to the other Chick-fil-A down the street. I've also tried using the mobile drive-thru at this location, and it hasn't gone smoothly. Each time, there's been a car ahead of me that doesn't realize they need to place a mobile order, which causes delays. It feels like the employees focus on the regular drive-thru line, leaving mobile users stuck behind drivers who didn't read the signs. Overall, it seems like this location still has some kinks to work out. read more

Asher was the person that took my order and he was so nice!! I've been to this location 4-5x already & every time it has taken me more than 15 minutes to get my order EVEN when there are hardly any cars. I do like that you can order beforehand but I don't like that they merge the pick up and the regular line. They should leave it as two different lanes so it doesn't get crowded in the drive thru. If you're looking for something quick because you're hungry, probably not the best location to go to. read more

Stopped by today for the first time since it always looks like there is less people. We also were excited to get our dogs some pup cups. When we asked for them at the window the girl seemed nervous and said she would need to ask. She went to the manager and the manager looked at her annoyed and made a nasty face. Immediately we knew it was a no. Which is fine but no need to be rude. The poor employee came back and told us she couldn't give us any. We asked why as every chikfila we have ever visited always gave us one or even offered! She said that they were rather new and that they were trying to be a "more strict" restaurant. We asked who the manager was and she immediately froze. She just continued to say "um ummm." You could tell she was scared to tell us so it makes you think how he treats his employees. She eventually told us his name was Esteban. Well Esteban if you're reading this...please do better. You can take that attitude to McDonald's because you're bringing down your employees and ruining the expectation all other Chikfila restaurants have promoted. read more

1st I will start with what was good, the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was good absolutely no complaints about that. However the French fries were not as crisp and were extremely salty. 2nd the "1" lane drive through, they need to do something different with the online lane . I sat in the drive-through line for almost 20 minutes to order because there was only 1 persons taking orders . 3rd No inside dining outside only. WTH....That is not a good ideal. Even though this location is only 5 minutes away I'll be going back to Imperial and Lakewood. At least they have more than 1 person taking orders AND I can dine inside. read more

Went to pickup an order for my mom online order there was 2 people one for the online and one for order taking but they go into the same line and the guy at the online order just walked away so after waiting 15 minutes finally got to the drive thru and the guy at the window tried to tell me i had to scan a qr code and check in and i told him i was picking an order up for my mother and put me to wait and park was there for a total of 25 minutes I could've just checked in with the guy that was suppose to be attending cars but instead this place is unfortunately unorganized and made me check in at the window and wait for my food parked should fix this because at other chick-fil-a locations i just tell them i'm picking up and order and the name of the order. read more

We've been here twice since they've opened. Sadly, both time haven't been the greatest experience. This is a drive thru or walk up window location only. The drive thru is frustrating, as they devote a whole lane to pick up orders only. Seriously?! Lane has been empty both times we've been here. We came tonight for chicken strips and guess what?? Sorry, we ran out of chicken strips. Are you kidding me?? Similar situation the 1st time we were here. Reluctantly ordered something else. We like that this location is closer to our house but will probably drive an extra 5 minutes to another location. Props to the friendly young man giving us our food at the window. Check your order before you leave. Gave me 2 wrong items. Service is slow as this restaurant just opened and they are still learning. So I don't recommend to come if you're in a rush. They opened way too soon and didn't give the employees proper training, everyone was complaining (including us) about orders taking forever and wrong and this is not employees fault this is management and higher ups fault, on their ambition to open up they forgot customers want proper service.
