Their employee said he found the leak and that to fix it we would need a new faucet. He also said replacing the dishwasher air gap was necessary. He did the work and I thought everything was good. Two weeks later there was water in the same place from the leak we asked them to fix. I hired another company and they found the real leak in 5 minutes and fixed it completely. I do not recommend Jeff-N-Carl's. They didn't fix the leak and made some nice money by installing a new faucet.

I was told yes, so I stopped searching and waited on them. When the plumber arrived somewhere, he texted me a photo of the wrong gate and asked if it was my house. I replied no and immediately sent him my live location pin, clearly showing my exact address. This is not a hard-to-find property - we regularly receive deliveries, contractors, and even DoorDash drivers with zero issues. At that point, communication completely broke down on their end. My husband drove out to locate the plumber and called him multiple times. The plumber repeatedly sent him to voicemail and did not return calls. My husband then called the office and asked that the plumber call him back. The office said okay. No call came. When my husband finally got through, the plumber said, "I'm in the middle of nowhere." My husband offered to have him drop his location so he could physically guide him in. The plumber refused and said, "Just find someone else." I then called the office myself. Instead of offering a solution, or another technician, I was told: "I don't know what to tell you. When we look up your address, we only see bushes and plants." That statement is simply false. Our address is clearly mapped, and again, other service providers find it daily without issue. The tone was dismissive and essentially amounted to "Oh well - find someone else." Key issues: - They confirmed they service my area, then refused to complete the job. - The plumber ignored repeated calls while knowing my husband was actively trying to help him. - No attempt was made to troubleshoot navigation, send another plumber, or offer any resolution. - Communication was avoided rather than handled professionally. If your company relies on GPS and mobile communication, your technicians need to be capable of using it - and answering the phone. At the bare minimum, basic respect and follow-through are expected. This was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. Do not say you service an area if you are unwilling to actually drive to it.

Xavier came out twice to fix two separate issues with our leaky bathtub and some weird water sound…read morein one of our toilets. He was incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. The leaky tub had to do with the previous plumber from a different company using the wrong sized gasket when he repaired it. He explained how he fixed the water sound in the toilet but I didn't understand a thing. All I know is that the sound is gone and the bathtub stopped leaking! I also had a concern about a dripping sound I'd hear when I ran hot water for awhile from each sink in the house. We ran water from a sink and once we heard the "dripping" he immediately knew what it was. He used a couple words to explain what was happening but I don't remember them so we'll just say it was the pipes expanding or something. He definitely eased my mind assuring me that it wasn't water dripping in the walls throughout my home. All in all Xavier was superb and I trust him wholeheartedly.

Dominick asked us to send a couple photos so he could assess the issue, then dispatched Milton, who literally showed up within the hour. Seriously a lifesaver! What could have turned into a $1,200 wall-opening repair ended up costing a couple hundred thanks to Milton's skill and patience. He carefully chipped away at the completely seized cartridge for two solid hours & removed it w/out damaging the valve. From start (answering my call) to finish (coming out n removing & switching out the mineral built up fused cartridge) they were polite, friendly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly experienced! :) We are beyond grateful. 1000% recommend Trusty Plumbing!

We were replacing a broken toilet ourselves, but removed the old one to find that the setting in…read morethe floor was completely borked. There was no actual flange at all, just a repair flange and it was set below the level of the flooring and filled in around with a mess of some kind of caulk or filler to try and raise the level up. Making this right was way out of our league, so we called MasterCraft to help us out. They confirmed our suspicions that this was messed up six ways from Sunday and talked through the process of cleaning out the filler, chipping away the concrete, and refilling it with a clean setting of concrete so they could set a proper flange 1/4" above the flooring and for a reasonable price considering how terrible the setup was. They immediately set up an appointment to return the next day. While they were there for the estimate, they offered a free inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house, which I took to be a fishing expedition for more "problems" they could "fix" for more money, but such was not the case. They found one minor issue, said it could probably wait a few years, and even fixed another minor issue they found for free, then said everything else looked good. Startling honesty and helpfulness! From my call for help, they had folks out to check things out in about two hours, and the work was completed less than 24 hours after that. For the level of work done, an incredible turn time, IMO. All told, we had 5 different techs in our house between inspection and repair, and every single one was friendly, competent, and respectful of our home. While I'm not eager to *need* their services, if I do, MasterCraft Plumbing has definitely earned repeat customers here!

Bill is a true craftsman! I've had a wood gate that has needed rebuilding for the last 8 years…read more Pieces of the wood gate were rotting. Over the years, I've had other handymen pass on the project. I had a handyman who was able to fill the rotted areas with wood filler, sand it, and restain it. I've even had a gate company tell me that they could not save the gate; it would need to be completely replaced. Bill was able to cut out the rotted pieces of wood, replace them, and restain the whole gate (he also repainted the decorative hardware on the door as well). Moreover, he discussed the project with a buddy of his and they determined that the gate was sitting over a muddy part of landscaping which is probably what facilitated the deterioration of the wood. We found some leftover pavers in our storage shed and Bill extended the pavers so the gate would sit over pavers instead of mud. Before he embarked on the wood gate repair, Bill also installed a valance/shade over a window. He made the necessary calculations to ensure that the valance/shade would be centered on the wall and window. He also made sure that the valence was leveled. Bill is honest, meticulous and detail-oriented. If you want someone to treat your project and your home, like it's his own, I would give Bill a call.

Working with Brandon and the Airtime Heating and Air team was PERFECTION! We got an entirely new HVAC system, new ducts, new everything. We got numerous quotes from other HVAC companies, and their pricing was competitive with others but even more importantly- Airtime deeply cared about every single little detail! Unfortunately, we had some mold in our furnace, it was being spread through the HVAC system and into our home and was impacting my health. All of the other companies we got quotes from didn't seem to take my health part of the equation very seriously... and I could tell by our conversations there were corners that were likely going to be cut. But Brandon and his team took the entire job (and my health) very seriously and made sure they took care of business properly. No stone unturned, everything done with excellence. I could tell early on that Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and asked all the right questions along the way. He made sure I knew all my options and took a lot of time via phone calls and texts to answer my questions in a very thorough way. The process was seamless & enjoyable. 10/10 recommend Airtime. 32 year old furnace original to the house needed replacing. I believe in supporting small and family businesses. However, they need to be able to supply the kind of service and knowledge I'd expect from the big guys. I'm totally satisfied with my new furnace and experience prior to making my decision on which installer I would go with. I talked to multiple companies, including the biggest in the state, in order to make an informed decision and am generally happy with my decision. While I had a good experience and gained knowledge from each of the people I talked to, at the end of the day Pedro had the most personalized suggestions and saw things the other guys didn't. On top of that his initial quote blew the other guys out of the water (literally thousands of dollars). Recommend with small caveats, there was minor cleanup I needed to take care of when he left, the very cheap piece of drywall that covered the attic entry had fingerprints and the corner was damaged (was planning on replacing this anyway), and I needed to re-mount the thermostat as the edges were not seated cleanly leaving inconsistent gaps around the unit. read more

During the past few weeks I received several bids from other companies. Instead of listening to me, the customer, each one tried to upsell me to more expensive systems. Then I found AirTime. They listened to me and gave me reasonably priced options that satisfied my preferences. AirTime replaced both of my dying AC units just in time for the hottest week of the year. AirTime was very honest about the different available options, very quick and very clean with removing the old systems and installing the new ones, and very fair with their pricing. 100% recommend AirTime!! With a broken AC for 2 days and I couldn't take it anymore. Calling every place starting at 6:15 pm there was no one that could help me the same night, until I called AirTime. Pedro answered at 7:00 pm. Mr. Espinoza was great. We used him to put in a new air conditioning system in an addition we were doing to the house. The new unit runs great and that side of the house stays nice and cool. After completing the addition we called Mr. Espinoza back to fix our older unit in the existing part of the house because it simply stopped working after 3 years and we didn't want to call back the original installer. We were so impressed with Mr. Espinoza's work that we called him instead. Mr. Espinoza responded quickly and took care of the problem. Pedro is fast, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. Last winter, our furnace broke down, and he came hours within talking to me and got our home heated. For the past six years, our air conditioner has been dead, we have had other people look at it, saying that it could not be fixed and need replacement. Pedro looked at as he was leaving, got it to work temporarily, and said to call when summer started. I was very impressed with the service I received from AirTime. My furnace started only working intermittently and I called them after finding them on Yelp. Braeten was able to come out quickly and he and Manny diagnosed the problem. They had to order a part to repair it and returned a week later to install. Braeten was very thorough, courteous and respectful. He explained everything he did, resetting the furnace and thermostat and even showed me the pictures of the furnace in the attic. Pedro and his team did a fantastic job installing a new furnace. My furnace broke in the middle of winter (I know it is just San Diego, but it still gets cold at night). I got two quotes. Airtime had the best price for the unit and installation and was able to come the next day to do the installation. They arrived right at 8:00am, were professional, clean, cleaned up after, provided a lot of detail on how to best utilize the unit and to change the filters, etc. Great work, reasonably priced, friendly. How do I give 10 stars because I would. During a massive heat wave, our AC broke. I had another person tell us we needed a new unit. I called Pedro, he responded immediately. Then he showed up the next morning and fixed it with some new parts- thus saving us the cost of an entire new unit. Small business honestly, class, integrity, and promptness is hard to come by now a days. I will be referring them lots of business. Pedro for the win! read more

One of the solutions they recommended was applying a sealant to address potential leaks. They were upfront that it wasn't a guaranteed fix, but based on their assessment, it was the most likely issue. We appreciated the honesty and transparency. In the end, it worked, and our AC is running much better. Overall, they were knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right solution rather than just the most expensive one. Would definitely recommend.

The fella that did show up, and has been showing up ever since is named Victor from All Pro Plumbing. We told Victor we had just moved here and with the cost of moving,, the timing could NOT have been worse. Victor was SOOO cool. He explained our AC was original in when house was built. 20 years old and we needed a new one. Victor understood it was August and we do not have CA summer heat in WI. Victor could have really stuck us on account of no other company showed up or even called!! Victor spent better part of that morning trying to prop up our old AC. He managed to get our AC going. When it came time to pay him Victor refused payment. He explained it was a band aid and could not guarantee it lasting. The man is amazing!! The band aid Victor applied that day last a year and a half. For a year and a 1/2 we so thankful for Victor. We were telling our neighbor it was time to bite the bullet and replace the old AC. Our neighbor starts telling '' OH,, you gotta try MY guy. He always has the best price and blah blah blah." We to this day love our neighbor but Victor had 3 of his guys here by the end of the week. In one morning we had not our ac but our furnace replaced as well,,, and it was with in $25 of my wonderful neighbors company quote!!! LOL!!!! Hysterical thing is couple years after that my neighbor called Victor. Allen ended up using Victor and said he intended to use Victor for all his rentals. ATTA BOY VICTOR!!! Never use this company or they will damage and wreck your home and never get back to you!…read more Unprofessional!! One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. We needed repairs on our HVAC, and went ahead and called them (at friend's recommendation). They kept giving changes in estimates as well as times and appointments but at least they got the work done. Every time they would change it, the price kept going up and up, not worth the value in the long run. When they left, we discovered they had left a mess all over our house from the vents. They never mentioned this instead they just took off after the job was done. On top of that they damaged our wall, and never said a word. After numerous phone calls to get someone to help explain and fix this issue, they continued to promise calls back which they never did; and did not take my ask for help seriously. All they did was lie non stop! Their quality manager even said, "what do you want me to do?". Finally they sent someone out after even more calling to take pictures, only for them to state they already had a wall repair scheduled. So they knew about the damage ahead of time, knew they did it, and never said anything. Avoid this place or else who knows what else damage they will do to your house and never tell you!

In our case, our compressor was fried from two oversized fuses which made replacing the whole system make more sense. The quote was very fair and we had a fast turnaround, with the system mostly installed on day 1 and finished by middle of day 2 (our home had more complex wiring situation). We opted for an all-electric heat pump since we are on solar. We have noticed how efficient the new system is. It uses half the electricity that our old system did. Special shout out to installer Adrian who clearly cares about the quality of work.

They even are installing an upgraded return for them at no cost simply because they could see that it would make things easier for my parents. We will have them service the other existing system on the upstairs floor which has been neglected for some time. Actually.., they gave us next day service for a full replacement which almost never happens but my parents were certainly grateful that they came back as soon as possible. I can't say enough about these guys they are great company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
