I recently used Airtime to inspect the malfunctioning furnace for a rental condo I was selling, and the technician arrived promptly on a Monday morning and discovered the heat exchanger was cracked, so the furnace had to be replaced. The buyer had scheduled their property inspection for Wednesday morning, so I was pleased when the technician provided with a very competitive bid on the spot, and got the new furnace installed that afternoon. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I ran into the same issue two days before another unit was scheduled to have its annual Section 8 inspection completed. Once again I got a same-day replacement at the same great price. Since then I had Airtime replace the furnaces in two more units (four total), and just had them change out a broken garbage disposal and water heater that was on its last legs--suffice to say their plumbing division was just as efficient and professional as their HVAC techs, and the pricing for those was extremely competitive as well. In short, I highly recommend you contact Airtime for any HVAC or plumbing needs you have. You won't be disappointed. read more

Do not go here!! They tried to charge me over $2k for a new condensate pump (over $800), which I found on Home Depot for $65. When I asked if I could buy my own pump, they refused to install it. The pump, blower cleaning, and coil cleaning were quoted at over $2100! I did some quick shopping around and found another company that quoted me at less than half of Airtime!! I got a PM done in my old A/C which was 18 years old. Angel came over and thoroughly went through it. Took photos on IPAD. Once he was done sat with me and went through all the photos and explained everything. It was working but it had its wear and possibly near the end of its lifetime. I ended up getting a new one and financing for 10 years at a reasonable rate. Angel and co worker did the install while I was at work. Took after photos and sent them to me. WOW you can tell the detail and cleanliness they did. They did not just install the new one but left things better than it was before. I had a furnace check up. They were able to come out same day. On time and thorough. Checked duct in house with precise Carbon Monoxide detector as part of their service. My AC wasn't getting cold and I had a home warranty guy come out and tell me I pretty much just needed a new system which was gonna cost me 10-15k, so I got a 2nd opinion and called these guys and it was the best decision I made. Our A/C was struggling, so we called on Pedro and his crew for repairs after receiving multiple recommendations from neighbors. Good thing we did, because our coil was leaking and our entire system was breaking down. Thankfully, Pedro was able to find the source of the leak and we only had to replace the coil and not our entire system, saving us thousands of dollars. He also found a problem with the HVAC install that caused undue stress on our original coil, and addressed that so our new coil wouldn't have the same problem.
