Water heater replacement with re-circ pump. Professional work. The technician kept me informed throughout the process and answered every question I had. The codes had changed since we bought our house, so there were a couple of changes to the install, compared to what was there before. (Pay no attention to the white PVC in front of the water heater, that is left over from the builder and we opted not to replace it yet.) They were respectful of our property and cleaned up before leaving, including hauling away the old water heater. I chose them through the Yelp request for quote process, because they were the only company that did not require that they come out and see the water heater before giving a quote. I thought that was an unnecessary step, as I knew exactly what I needed, and wasn't interested in an upsell. I also forwarded pictures of the unit we had. That's the cool thing about texting and cell phones, even doctors don't require an "in person" visit when a conversation is all that is needed, but other plumbing vendors required it. No thank you. The incredible part of their service was taking up and setting aside pieces of sod and then reassembling them as if nothing had ever happened.
