I have been coming to this store since before I knew what airsoft was to now having a Krytac (my baby) and being more experienced. Airsoft GI was always there to support me throughout my airsoft journey and always worked with whatever budget or idea I had at the time. They can be busy at times, but if you're patient their staff will always take the time to help you and answer any questions. Mike, Cisco, Kat, Spencer- they are all great. Each one of them has taught me a lot about airsoft and helped me select some great gear. I recently convinced a few friends to finally get into airsoft and they hooked everyone up with some awesome deals. Hide the women and children, now I have a SCAR squad with me every weekend. In all seriousness, the prices are solid here, they have a large inventory (they can even bring things from the warehouse nearby if it's not in store), and the people rock. This place was wonderful expecially with one of there employees Brandon, but now that all these other youtube guys are just always chilling in there and dont want to help customers at all because there too busy making content. Ive gave them sooooo many chnaces to help me, ive been tring to give them the benifit of the doubt but , even picking up my stuff for instore pick up, there website said they close at 5 and i went there at 430 and they said no we close at 4, it says no wer that they close at that time. So i feel like they just didnt want to get our product that took almost 1 month to pick up. They eventually did get it out the back with my complaint... and made me feel like they did me a favor. I am new to the airsoft world, partly to be blamed is the Call of Duty franchise, partly the increasingly tight gun control here in Cali. I wandered into the store and found their huge inventory and competitive pricing on airsoft equipment. Come on Thursdays and they have price reductions on lots of items. They also run promos on their website that run for a limited time. I was helped by Vince and he, together with the staff, know their airsoft. I do my research prior to coming in and most of their items are competitive to the giant internet store that I willingly give my money everytime. They also have affiliation with some of the airsoft fields, spend $100 and you get a free entrance to some. They are located in a business district so parking is a little limited (street parking). It's not bad but sometimes you have to park far when the Thursday crowd. They can be busy at times, make sure to log in their computer to wait in line. They have couches in the store for the SO to sit while you run around the candy store. Selection, pricing, and customer support, these guys got it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are friendly and respectful when you are buying but are #$%^& when you want to cancel or exchange anything (because of their "store policy'). I went in there even though I do not play airsoft (Paintball). There is 10% off advertisements all over the store if you check into FB which I clearly stated to my wife during a conversation with a salesman. I forgot to mention this deal while check out and did not notice it until I got home. I called and spoke to a customer service associate and he said that they could not honor it since the purchase was made. WTF??? Called again to cancel my online order I placed and the associate stated that it was going to be cancelled, then I ask for a confirmation which he place me on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to hang up and called 10 minutes later and John said that they ca not cancel the order because all sales are final according to their store policy. Screw this place! I don't know why customers keep these guys in business? Stop buying from them so they can show appreciations towards their customers EDIT:I have been in retail management for 10 years and I have always came across all sorts different customer situations that brake or violated our store policy. What makes a great company is how they treat/deal with customer complaints or situations. To be told that the order was going to be cancelled, then be place on hold for 15 minutes and have the customer call back and be told that they can not do it because of "policy" frustrating because I do not want to support a company with these practices. Yes I was at fault but I do not agree on how they handle my situation and do not recommend buying from a company that does not try to make everything right with their customers to uphold their company's reputation. I basically buy all my gear here because it's about 10 minutes away from my house. I always come here to stock up before a big game. Service is pretty good. Their staff is helpful as always. They never seem to be fully stocked on items though. Every time I go in with a shopping list, I seem to only come out with half of the items I wanted because they're out of stock. Wait time in the store is long, so arrive with a shopping list to show them, or go to their website to reserve items to minimize your time there. I bought a g&g rifle for my girlfriend so we can go together and when I get the gun it didn't shoot they told me to send it to g&g and when I got the gun back they told me that airsoft GI shaved off a piece of the trigger so the gun won't shoot I was livid . The only thing I did at their "Walk-In" store was walk out with nothing except some over priced bb's. I asked for a grip/bipod that I saw advertised as in-stock. They said "the $60 G&G one?" I said "No, the $20 Proud One. They said "Uh, we have those? Well by golly looky here... it is here on the website....uh but we don't have those here...even though it says in-stock." You can't call them...their phone goes to voice mail and there's no phone in sight at the store. It was listed for less at Evike, but since GI was closer to where I live I'd try them first. Big mistake. I've bought a few guns from GI over the last two years, but there service have taken a huge dive. Most of the guys in there don't even play, hence why you have to wait forever while they try and look up items and figure out what you're asking for. I haven't met anyone at Evike that doesn't have a least a little game time. Save your sanity and only order online...Their 20% walk-in discounts are just a bait and switch...they never carry any of the lower cost items, then try and sell you over price crap. I'm throwing my GI Rewards card in the trash. Hope this warning helps. (raised to 2 stars just for the response from Alfred. At least someone's listening. I placed an order by mistake with the company on 3/6 a Friday, I called them on 3/9 a Monday for a refund which they said was processed and to wait 7-10 business days. These days have passed and it is now 3/21, I have messaged on FB, called numerous times, and countless emails with NO RETURN communication and no refund. I would not recommend this company. I've been shopping here for several years now and very rarely am I dissatisfied by their service. It is apparent that their manager takes his job very seriously because all of the employees are great! They are all knowledgable and take care of business in a very professional manner. Furthermore, while their selection may not be as great as their local competitor Evike, the products that they do carry are of great quality. They won't sell you a product just to make a profit. Also previous reviews complain about how certain products are stocked at the warehouse and not in store. On the days I come, usually weekdays, they can send someone to pick up the items in less than 30 minutes. Plenty of guns on display for any type of role you're planning on playing in the field. If you go on the weekend it'll probably be packed and you'll most likely be waiting for a while, so I'd suggest going on weekdays. The staff are friendly, patient, and are very informed about the vast guns in the store's collection. I'd also suggest to take a look at their website and figure out what guns you're planning on looking at ahead of time. Other than the wait there is no problems and I visit the store often. read more

I went into this store yesterday because my son is in need of an airsoft gun for his birthday. I had gone into a number of other sporting good stores so I figured I would check these guys out since they are close to my work. I am so glad I went in! I not only was helped out by a great guy by the name of CJ, order number 6707, but he educated my on good, high quality air soft guns and supplies. He was even willing to listen to my son on speaker phone describe what type of a gun he was looking for. CJ picked out the perfect gun, we went out back and tested it and I walked out a happy man. Yet the main defining aspect that separates them from other retailers is their customer service. I recently had the opportunity to contact them in regards to a back ordered item. The customer service rep that responded was named Johnathan, and his work was beyond courteous. He went out of his way to help, and in doing so improved my entire view of the situation. He was kind, friendly, and above all dedicated to fixing any issues I had. Without his help I might still be waiting for results. I orderd Items with plenty of time to spare for them to arrive by Christmas. After all I'm one state over and ordered with 19 days left till Christmas. After 3 days and not hearing a thing, I called to get a status report. After about 45 minutes of repeat calls (their system will hang up on you) and waiting on hold I finally get thru. I was told items were in stock and shipping in 1-5 days. So I waited 7 days, still no email or update that items had been shipped. I call again on day 8 (Monday), again had to make several calls and wait about 30 minutes to finally get thru. I was Told that items where not in stock, and were on their way to their warehouse and would ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday of that week. They promised they would ship, I asked several times if they would ship. they again reassured me they would ship. I'm thinking cool, items should be here by Christmas as long as they ship like they say/promised. Here it is the day after it was supposed to ship (Thursday) with 7 days left till Christmas. I call again, takes about an hour to get through. Customer service is rude and starts with the excuses, no solutions just talk. I ask for manager, turns out I've been talking to the manager this whole time. Which was worthless because the manager obviously isn't a problem solver and should probably get a job in manual labor where he doesnt have to use his enormous brain. I ask for a refund (paypal) he says it will go through immediately. 4 hours later and I see nothing. not going to hold my breath, just finished a dispute claim with paypal. I also contacted another outfit, told them of my issue with airsoft gi. I purchased the items from them and have a tracking number in my email box in less time than I have to wait to get thru with Airsft Gi on the phone. TLDR They lied to me several times, use excuses like Christmas and covid to not do their jobs, and will hold up giving you a refund. TOTALLY UNPROFESIONAL. the more reviews I read the more clear it becomes, I'm not the only one they've Jerked around. Airsoft gi or at least their internet/mail order operation is a scam designed to sell you items not in stock (don't believe their website or them, when it/they say items are in stock) The game is to hold your money as long as they can till you either give up or wait months for a refund. Airsoft Gi just lost a couple of good money spending customers today. I will be telling all my friends and the other fathers at the airsoft fields and whoever else I can, how horrible this company performs and poorly treats customers. i was sold a sniper rifle package that had a faulty trigger box, and was missing the scope. i had to pay extra for the scope to ship to me ($25) and after multiple contacts i haven't gotten a response for fixing my rifle. it cost me $330. Airsoft GI is one of the most premiere airsoft goods store in America, and that's no boast. They've got a fine inventory, and their customer service is top notched. The guys who work the sales floor there know their stuff, are frequent players, and aren't inclined to simply sell you the most expensive item on the shelf. I think that's the main key with these gentlemen, is that they attempt to identify what your needs are, and attempt to accommodate you as much as they can. They are very newbie friendly, and will spend lots of time with you to explain the product, the hobby, and even the airsoft experience. Absolutely terrible company. I have bought from them three times the first time was a good experience... the second time I preordered an item which was a huge mistake. They pushed the release date three times then on Christmas opened the item up for direct buy,when I confronted them they said that preorders only meant you were garunteed to get the item at some point... The last straw was the most recent transaction. I ordered one of their mystery boxes. It came in and was clearly an open box used item that was broken. And now they won't even respond to my email asking for a return or store credit. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone read more

THE WORST PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING AIRSOFT. I had plenty of people reccomend this place, but nobody told me how unprofessional these people would be. Not only did it take a week to ship an order of TWO things. Then when the package arrives, half of the order is missing. You would think that after all of this a decent company would do it's best to work with a customer that spent over $200 on an incomplete order. Ordered an airsoft rifle for my son online and received a defective rifle that did not work out of the box. We spoke with customer service and they obviously dont have any experience with customers. We mentioned that the rifle box was damaged and had loose bb's were everywhere in and outside of the box but still contained within the outer wrapped packaging. We finally got the rifle returned. We called to see if they would give us our money back and Tyler W. lied and said they dont accept returns and then ended up returning the item, then Tyler W blamed the damages on us. To top it all off my son had purchased a pistol from there 2 days earlier and was so excited because it was his first one, (my other son has purchased about 4 very expensive guns there) brought it home and it never fired the ammo. Great selection but not such great prices or service. As a disclaimer I've only purchased airsoft from 2 places and this was the second purchase i've ever made. i was a little astounded that it took so long for my order to ship. It took well over 3 weeks and I only ordered 2 items. Compared to my previous experience, i was a little dissapointed; not impressed at all. The prices were that great either. And although reviews seemed mixed, i felt comfortable enough giving it a try. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good idea. What got me there was their hige array of products and slection. But I guess as overwhelming, their slow responses to my emails and not being able to get through on the phones to check on my order left a bad taste.
