He did not go into the dryer vent main line, he went through the dryer itself which is something I could have done myself. My pellet stove... his "service and cleaning" included cleaning the bowl and the pipe. Keith did not go through the top of the piping of my home, he went through the opening of the inside of the pellet stove, he did not clean the unit nor did he inspect it. He did exactly what I do myself and charged me $200 for less than 30 minutes of work. I have pictures of his work or lack there of. When I texted Keith his response was defensive, when I responded with pictures he essentially told me off and to never contact him again. Very rude and unprofessional and poor quality of work.
