We sat down to discuss options for repair and replacement. Isaac was professional and courteous. Ultimately went with another company for replacement but the experience with Isaac and Superior was great.

None of it was necessary. After having the capacitor replaced, the air conditioning started working fine again, but one of the zones in our home stopped working. You can no longer control the downstairs bedroom with the wall thermostat in that room. We've had to keep that one off And let the thermostat in the other room control the downstairs area. I called back to let them know that whatever the work they did created an additional problem. They scheduled to have the same technician come out.(Andrew). He called me to ask what was going on and I let him know what was going on and he became very defensive and said it was a coincidence that when he came and messed with everything that the other zone was no longer working. Claimed there's no way that he damages the zones. I told him it definitely wasn't a coincidence and we've never had that issue until he finished his work. He said if he had to come back out, he's gonna charge me another service fee & additional fees to fix it. I let him know to not bother coming. We'll just go with a company that stands behind their work.

We recently had another HVAC company come out because our AC stopped working. After running their…read morediagnostics, they told us we needed to replace our entire system--including the air handler, condenser, and even add another air return. To make matters worse, they said they couldn't turn the system back on and that we might have to wait until Monday for a full system replacement. This all happened on the Wednesday before the Fourth of July, with temperatures well into the triple digits. We have five kids and two dogs, and the thought of going several days without air conditioning was overwhelming. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Airtime Cooling & Heating. Jacob came out, started his own evaluation without us telling him what the first company had diagnosed, and quickly impressed us. He simply turned the system back on, ran his own diagnostics, and gave us his honest opinion. His conclusion was completely different--our system did not need to be replaced. Not only did he get our AC running again, but he also took the time to explain what he believed had happened, what to watch for if it occurred again, and even walked us through how to troubleshoot it ourselves. That kind of honesty, education, and customer service is incredibly rare. Instead of facing what could have been a very expensive and unnecessary replacement, we paid for a diagnostic visit, got our AC back, and gained confidence in our system. Because of this experience, we've switched from our previous HVAC company to Airtime Cooling & Heating for all of our future maintenance and service. If Jacob is any indication of the quality of their technicians, they have earned a customer for life. Jacob was truly a 10 out of 10. He saved us from an unnecessary replacement, restored our AC when we needed it most, and treated us with honesty and respect. I can't recommend Airtime Cooling & Heating highly enough.

Tim explained to us very thoroughly on how to mitigate future damage with his professional experience in Arizona. His over and above service and intelligent conversation gave us confidence and incentive to make the upgrades he recommended. Tim is a valuable asset to this honest company. We will keep our membership active with AIRTIME. Highly commend this business.

The guy showed up and…read morelooked at it for 1 minute and immediately said the grinding and loud noise means the washing machine is done and would cost just as much to buy a new machine. So we paid $125 for someone to come and immediately say it's not worth fixing. I think they knew ahead of time it wasn't worth fixing but sent someone out anyway and took our money. Just didn't sit right with us. On another note the tech that came out was very nice and explained the situation. We just feel robbed.

The new board did not work as well so we called Thomas Home Services. They were nice on the phone, stated they would charge us a tech call fee to come out and determine what the issue was which is understandable. They stated after they figure out what the problem is, they would apply the $125 service call to the bill if we moved forward with the repairs. After the service guy came out, which he was very nice and knowledgeable, he stated it was the 2 small switches in front and our transformer underneath. Stated it was $680 - $125 for everything. We agreed but they stated they had to order the parts and they would come back the following week around Tuesday. Tuesday came and we did not hear from them. I called them on Wednesday and they stated the parts came in and would have someone call me. Again, another day went by and no one called. I had to call back in where they told me they could not come out until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week and would put us on the 1st stop at 8am. We scheduled for Tuesday. 8:20am came by and no word. I called and asked if someone was coming and the lady stated the service guy had to stop by the parts store to pickup the parts and then would head our way. The guy finally showed up at 8:45am. Mind you, I was advised the previous week by 2 people the parts were in and they already had them on hand. After the service guy installed the 2 switches which took about 10 -15 min, he started on the transformer. After we swapped out the transformer, he proceeded to advise us that it was not the transformer but most likely something with the internal wiring and they would have to pull the built in fridge out and start to tear things apart to find out where the break in the wire was bad. We did not want to spend the money on that. They ended up billing us $400 for 2 switches. I spoke to the manager and he stated they don't charge by the hour, just what the billing time states for the parts. I asked him for a breakdown of labor and parts and he stated they don't do invoices that way. I would assume it is THEIR way of covering all the labor they did on our fridge for something that did not need to be replaced which they misdiagnosed from the beginning. Now, here comes more horrible service: I looked under the fridge to see how things were put back as I had a bad feeling after what they did on the above. The service guy only put 1 screw back on to hold the cover plate. He did not put the other 2 screws on. After I took the cover plate off, the service guy did not put the transformer cover back on as well. He shoved it back under the fridge and put all the screws under the fridge laying on the ground. Every time you call this place, they asked you how they can put a smile on your face. What a joke. I would never use this company nor recommend them. They did not finish the job and wasted our time/money.
