I hired this company to add and additional hvac ducts, add jumper ventilation returns into bedrooms (there were none in any of the 3 bedrooms when I bought the house. Also did duct cleaning and sealing. The efficiency performance of my a/c skyrocketed, my energy bills went way down , and they fixed the terrible air pressure causing doors to slam shut from only 1 previous air return for the whole house. Not only were they professional, timely, qualified and...nice, but the whole crew was meticulous and focused from start to finish. I found this team to be competent, professional, and ethical. The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill. I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews. My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient. Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. Guy was on time, so kudos for that. But he greeted me with a very clammy/weak handshake. Sure, that's not a perfect measure of how a company performs, but it's so often accurate. We had prefaced this quote request by specifying to the office that we didn't want the highest end units as we were going to only be in the house for 3-5 more years. So, of course, he sees our large house and started pushing the highest end units they had. His responses to my questions were dismissive and haughty - obnoxiously arrogant for someone who made a few mistakes I caught during his presentation - and just found one in his quote. Pricing was the highest of all the vendors we received quotes from, and that's even with him erroneously reducing our 2.5T unit to a 2T unit. Also, their service & labor warranty is the shortest of the vendors at 2 years. Standard seems to be three.

We recently had another HVAC company come out because our AC stopped working. To make matters worse, they said they couldn't turn the system back on and that we might have to wait until Monday for a full system replacement. This all happened on the Wednesday before the Fourth of July, with temperatures well into the triple digits. We have five kids and two dogs, and the thought of going several days without air conditioning was overwhelming. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Airtime Cooling & Heating. Jacob came out, started his own evaluation without us telling him what the first company had diagnosed, and quickly impressed us. He simply turned the system back on, ran his own diagnostics, and gave us his honest opinion. His conclusion was completely different--our system did not need to be replaced.
