Tried breakers, etc. Called and they had a guy out to my place within 45 minutes on a Sunday. Now that is fast! Travis did an excellent job. Turns out a wire had fried. Got me back up and running. It was already up to 82 degrees (see photo), so it was not comfortable. It's now blowing cold air again. Thankfully, I won't have to go to the hotel tonight. Keep up the great work guys!

When I scheduled a service appointment, I was told there would be a two-month wait because they were backed up. I accepted that and waited. On the afternoon before the morning of my appointment, they called to cancel -- not to reschedule promptly, but to push me out another full month. No apology that meant anything until I confronted Deb. Her apology also meant nothing and I only got it after I confronted her with the poor treatment she gave me. And still no commitment to get anybody out any sooner than waiting another month. Just a well, I'll try but I can't promise you anything. No effort to prioritize a loyal customer with a significant investment. Just another delay with no end in sight. This is the kind of company that will take your money on the front end and leave you hanging on the back end. Loyal customers are not a priority here -- you are just a number in a queue. If you have a high-value system that depends on reliable maintenance, do yourself a favor and find a provider that will actually show up when they say they will. I understand when this was under old management, before the new owner took over, it was a well run company. But not now. Added: know I asked them to service my unit for two months of which they could not make time to do so. When I finally did get an appointment, they canceled it and told me it was going to be another month which would total three months of their failure to service the expensive equipment that I received from them.

We had expected it since the existing system was nearly 20 yrs old and an outdated R22 system. Brett was prompt on getting out there, very straightforward on what the problem was, a condenser failure, and what my options were for replacement. He came back with his recommendations on what system we should go with and was very clear as to why he was recommending it, which helped me to understand his train of thought and whether that met my needs. He and his team were also very quick to replace the unit and accommodating with the daughter, who's currently living at the house.
