DELECTABLE. Came here with a friend for lunch and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience! Very clean restaurant, great food, and awesome service. Shortly after ordering, we were served some pita bread and free samples of their hummus and cucumber yogurt - both delicious! Everything is made fresh to order, so even if you have to wait a bit to eat, it's well worth it. Only thing I'm disappointed about is that I don't really live anywhere near this area, so I'm not sure when I'll be able to eat here again... The yummiest chicken kebobs! This place is just down the street from me and I don't know why I'm not there every week! The food is really good. I'm so full right now but I continue to chow down on the chicken thigh kebobs as I type this. The rice is amazing and the accompanying veggies are also delicious. The grilled onions, tomato, and pepper all work synergistically to make this an amazing dish. Still the chicken kebobs are the stars of the show of course - very tender, juicy, and perfectly flavored. This is my new kabob place for La Crescenta area. THE BEST chicken Koobideh from all the Kabob places I've ever had. And I grew up in Glendale. My go to is Twiing (beef and chicken Koobideh) with extra skewers of Koobideh and sometimes shriaz salad or yogurt. I tried Beef and Chicken Koobideh (luleh) flap steak, cucumber yogurt, jalapeno yogurt, shiraz salad. I've eaten entree and catered food from Aiden's. Beef Koobideh and flap steak is great, but so are a lot of places. Chicken...gotta try the Chicken Koobideh. Great food, great staff. No tabooleh though. read more

We decided to give them a try and were absolutely delighted by their service and quality of food. They took our order just before their closing and we picked up the order in 25 minutes. We ordered chicken koobideh, chicken thigh, and beef koobideh wraps (fries on the side) and they all were extremely delicious with generous portions. Top notch food AND service! We put in a catering order this morning due to the other restaurant backing out on us. Aiden's completely came through for us. I called at almost 11am and they were still able to get everything I needed by 12:15pm! The gentleman I spoke to was also very honest and helpful (and actually helped me realize I was ordering way too much food)! Who does that these days? This place has all the classic dishes and I love their lunch specials in case I want a smaller portion. They have all the sides too and they come in different sizes so you can get in and out quickly and get exactly as much food as you want. This is my new favorite Mediterranean spot! Everything about this place is worth five stars, the food, location, and service! The customer service was absolutely amazing. I felt welcomed immediately upon walking in, both the owner Aiden, and the lady working there are very kind. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable to dine in! They also have Postmates and take out. The food is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I ordered the Beef Soltani, hummus, and mast moosir. The hummus is the best I've ever had, it was so good I wanted to order more however they were all out but were kind enough to make more just for us. The rice and beef truly melt in your mouth. The portioning is very large, I could eat only less than half. For the price of $16.50 this plate was most certainly worth it. All of the offerings are within great price ranges. In my opinion this place is even better than Raffi's and most certainly better than nearby places like Seasoning Alley and Luna Grill. Restaurant is small but clean, has a t.v for dine in entertainment. Staff is friendly and helpful when deciding what to order. I've gotten the Chicken Breast kabob and the Beef Luleh kabob, both delicious. I've tried (3x) their side dishes in the stand alone refrigerator and they were good. Wanted to try different places opening up on Foothill and we happen to find Aiden's on yelp. I wasn't really wanting a kabob dish, but their advertisement for the hamburger was so appealing. I went ahead and ordered a cheeseburger with fries and my better half ordered the sausage hot dog. Although In N Out burger is just across the street, I'd probably order their burger/cheeseburger from here. Their meat is extremely tender and fresh. Every bite was better than the first. It's seasoned perfectly. The arugula salad in the burger added a peppercorn taste that just helped tie in all the scrumptious flavors. 5/5. Their fries were crispy and fried just right. The only reason for the 4/5 is not having a drink fountain. Although, I don't drink soda, a drink fountain that dispenses water with ice and iced tea would be a great. Overall, 4.5! Stop! Don't go here, the food tastes like garage. When we ordered a sandwich, the bread tasted stale, and the meat inside it was a gross, sloppy, mess. The French fires weren't even that good. I normally visit Aiden's 3 times a month on average. During quarantine season, I went once a week to pick up food for me and my parents. Amazing food! Chicken is never dry which is a major plus, luleh is always juicy, their rice is one of a kind and their Persian specialty appetizers like yogurt and ikra and especially the shallot yogurt are always amazing. I've lived in Tujunga for 20 years now and we do not have decent food here (other than In n Out) so it has been an absolute pleasure ever since Aiden's came to our area. Service is fantastic and there is never a wait. I have eaten at just about every Armenian and Middle Eastern restaurant in the area as well as Glendale and this place has some of the best food I have eaten. The meat is of excellent quality compared to competitors in the area. It actually looks and tastes like it should. It has very little fillers and is not dripping with grease and fat like some other places koobideh. After eating the food you don't feel overly stuffed or have an aftertaste. The basmati rice is cooked perfectly and is a great compliment to any meal. They use authentic quality pita bread. The portions are large. Dining area is minimal so plan on using this for takeout and I believe they do delivery as well. Very well cooked kabob and the yogurt was just as i like it! Friendly service also! This is the former West Side Kabob location which I quit using a few years ago due to price and quality. Size of Kabob decreased over the years. Not surprised that they went out of business.
