This was the first time at this place, so let me tell you it's pretty good. I enjoyed my poke very much but what really stood out was the interaction we had with the gentlemen helping us. Little over price for the portion of the meal. I got the regular two scoop option with tuna and albacore. The fish was fresh. The service was good and the atmosphere is good. $15 for a drink and a small bowl of rich and fish it's a little over price. Coming from Rowland Height area we have tons of poke store around and a regular bowl would normally fill you up pretty good but this make me want to get second. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My coworker and I ordered bowls for lunch yesterday. Within 15-20 min of eating it, we both felt off. Horrible indigestion, which turned to stomach cramps and then turned to diarrhea. I am still not okay. Anything I eat goes right thru me and I continue to get random stomach cramping. Obviously the fish is not fresh or being stored improperly. I will never eat here again. It has ruined poke for me and I am so tired of feeling crumby from yesterday's lunch. ok it's definitely over priced i did really love this place before but.... i realized after trying other poke places, this place is big boof. you can get more for what you pay here at other places. their servings are sad and options aren't that great. their brown rice is dry as heck and honestly i just can't get over how overpriced and low quality. the workers are always different and never wanna pack the bowl sufficiently and there's one guy who is like super awkward and way too flirty... try poki and maki up the street instead!! read more

Food was pretty good, but he he price vs portion is way out of line. For 10 bucks, only two scoops and yellowtail is extra! What? Plus if management doesn't get on the ball with ordering stock it's gonna get crazy. The line took forever as the guy was literally taking 8 minutes to roll a ahirrito.( I timed him) with 6 people waiting behind this order, it was way too long. Plus they were an employee short because they had run out of half and half for the Thai tea (which was empty) and they had to send an employee out to get some. I was there 15 minutes waiting for my order and she was not back by the time I left. Using the same tongs for all of the different items is no good either. Each item should be using its own tongs. So pricey for not much food, long wait times and couldn't even complete my order because there was no Thai tea. Overall, for as long as the wait was for this place to open, so far not impressed. Best poki place to satisfy my cravings. I came pretty much close to closing and was greeted right away. At first I was skeptical coming in soo late but to my surprise, it as probably the best experience I had. (And I've came here more than a handful of times). This place is literally down the street from me and open til 10! Woohoo. I'm pretty picky on what I want in my bowl and Vannessa hooked me up. She's very patient and very sweet. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out. Fish is fresh. Tuna Luau is bomb! And I'm not a a fan of tuna since I got on the albacore and yellowtail kick. Toppings are minimal but compliments everything there. I love when I can go to a spot (repeatedly) and every encounter I have is good. I'm not talking great but GOOD.
