The technician showed up at 12:10pm and then promptly left since I was not home, as I anticipated "1pm" to reasonably mean 12:45 -1:15 or so. I called to request an update on my appointment and received an email response that my technician was "unable to reach you at the scheduled appointment time." When I replied I was frustrated about the lack of accountability regarding appointment timing, I was first offered to reschedule and then subsequently told "no appointments are available as we are transitioning to a new company." This is poor customer service, and I suspect Mr. Handyman is pulling an "Axelhire/Jitsu" re-branding: IYKYK. Accountability in the service industry is a must, and Mr. Handyman is lacking.

And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

My biggest advice when choosing a Sentrel shower wall is to wait for a sample before making your final decision, especially if the color isn't available to see in the showroom. In our case, the Master shower floor and walls were supposed to be the same color, but once installed, the walls looked noticeably different and had more of a gray/green undertone. We absolutely love the workmanship and truly appreciate all the hard work that went into completing our bathroom. The only thing we're struggling with is the wall color. If replacing the walls is even an option, we would love the opportunity to discuss it, although we honestly feel hesitant asking because we know how much work went into the installation.
