Very disappointed that my review on the Google maps website was deleted or removed. I have been…read moreblessed by God to have a very smart grandson to help me post on this website as well as it's not able to be hidden! I am simply writing this review AGAIN in hopes the manager Michael or owners will view it, as well as to express my dissatisfaction with a shopping experience I had at your store two weeks ago now. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an encounter with a cashier who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. During my checkout, the cashier whom is named Jacky, displayed a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful when I had questions about my purchase. Instead of providing assistance, her responses was curt and lacked any semblance of courtesy. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable during what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had this type of experience with this her, it has happened on multiple occasions so I cannot shrug this off as a thought of "she must be having a bad day." Her mood and behavior becomes worse when I want to make a larger purchase to receive my credited points for the transaction. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service at your store, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I believe that customer service is a reflection of the values of your establishment, and I hope that you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. God bless.

I would give them 3.5 stars, so it's better than just ok…read more This is one place I used to frequent more often. A lot of positives to report. I live the produce here as it is plentiful, and sometimes if you look carefully you can find good prices. I love the deli and soup area - they always have good soups here and some deli items are staples of mine like the Mexican rice - it's solid. The salad with cranberries and almonds and an Asian twist with kale is great. Split pea and ham soup, Five onion soup, and Chicken Tortilla have been great. They make a superb Queso Blanco here. Love their chili rubbed turkey loaf and meat loaf too. Lots of bread selections and butter too. And of course a lot of pies and pastries. Great selection of milk, and the seafood and meat depts always have great offerings. But as I mentioned I used to come here more frequently, but not as much lately as so have noticed some of their prices have just gone haywire. The fresh pressed juices are nearly $10 now. Most of the fruits and produce prices have jumped. The prepped meals - omg - they offer a sale but it's still discounted off a very high price. Like a chicken and rice platter - looks to feed 1,5 people - $5 off on sale but it's still $18, normal cost is $23ish. Some things are packaged very well and look great but - no. I got some Central Market special Italian spaghetti sauce - comes half jar and seems delicious but it was not good. The taste was off. Usually they are good with returns. But when I come here I only get what I need, and what's on sale, and that's it. I noticed Milk had gone up by at least 15% in price. And the price increases seem to happen more frequently nowadays - like a few times a year as opposed to 1-2x. But still a nice social place too.

But there's a lot of positives here, and sometimes you can score some great deals and I love the selection here too - has everything I need. Their produce is usually very fresh here and I do find some good sales. I migrate to the back area where they have packaged fruit and sometimes can find a half off deal. I utilize the app with store coupons, and when you snip them on your phone and plug your phone number into the kiosk it will automatically deduct the coupons you clipped! Awesome sauce. I like to also migrate back to the clearance section as sometimes you can find a deal - like 99 cent cans of Pineapple Poppi soda. Well I tried one first - and it is pretty darn good - not too shabby! So I got 6. Thanksgiving I scored this awesome 3LB honey ham for $12 which was normally $30, warmed it up in the oven- wow! Way way better than ham slices you get at the deli. The staff here has always been gracious and helpful. They had accepted returns with a receipt and I usually get store credit since I shop there weekly. I love their deli with sausages - at times the can be 99 cents per for chicken and jalapeno sausages and they are fantastic. And let's not forget about their awesome sandwiches. The Italian is my favorite but only $6-7 a sandwich when they cost double or more with Austin restaurants.

Keeps your car cooler in the Texas heat and there are shopping cart friendly escalators to get your groceries easily back to the car. The produce selection at this Whole Foods is insane! Any type of produce that you could want or need can be found in either traditional or organic format. They also have an extensive seafood counter with very knowledgeable staff to help you make a selection. With a dedicated area for fresh sushi, a barbecue selection, freshly made sandwiches, prepared foods, a hot bar, and a salad bar all of your grocery needs can be met here. At the front of the store, there's also a fantastic coffee bar so you can remain caffeinated while you shop. They're seating area if you pick up a little something and want to have a bite to eat before or after you get your groceries. There's additional seating upstairs as well as an outdoor area. If you are an Amazon prime member, be sure to shop the sales to save a little bit of money. Weekly specials are designated with a yellow tag, and it shows the sale price as well as the further reduced price for Amazon prime members. And if you are a tourist visiting Austin, one of the more Instagram-able photo stops is at the corner in front of Whole Foods...the ATX sign.

I need Diet Coke and food that is bad for me too. We come here probably once or twice a week. The Amazon return center is super convenient. There's a self serve kiosk too. Major plus. Our second stop is juice land and then the hot bar & salad bar. I like being able to make a "girl dinner" lunch with a couple of bites worth of several things. We typically go to the roof to eat and to let the kids run around the playscape. If anyyyyy corporate Whole Foods people are reading this- can we please update the play area? Maybe add to it? Or make it toddler friendly? I know I'm being picky we just come so much and it would be a dream update.

I preferred the savory varieties. Trek Natural Foods showcased many of its spices in cooked and raw foods: salads, hummus, wings, dips and squash. Creature Coffee was there, serving a variety of coffees and matcha beverages. Felafelicious - their name says it all! They had felafel samples that were wholesome, simple, and delicious. This authentic falafel is a vegan, gluten-free, high-protein, and high-fiber snack. They had a nice crunchy outside and soft inside. Kessho Artisinal Chocolates offered a variety of unique Asian-inspired flavors like dark chocolate with yuzu, black sesame, and matcha. That's just a sampling of the vendors. It was a great experience and started the holiday season.
