I also bought some freshly made pasta and was a premium pasta which is a It's a rustic ABRUZZESE pasta. I really got lucky today and I was so happy to see Shannon she was very helpful and guiding me to making a selection since I had to leave. Tonight I cook tilapia in butter infused olive oil with asparagus, lightly coated with the same olive oil, followed by red apple dark balsamic vinegar on cottage cheese with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple. Thank you Shannon G for taking the time to show us all that was offered and explain all the ways we could use the different oils. I love that you can sample them before buying. All the oils are fresh, only being a few months old. What a find and such a great experience.

We signed up for their guided tasting experience which was amazing! So educational and informative. In addition to the special edition olive oils & balsamic vinegars curated for the tasting, we were allowed unlimited samples of their infused flavored olive oils as well, which were absolutely delicious! This place offers quality olive oils and balsamic vinegars at very reasonable prices. We ended up taking home several bottles- their Sola Stella, Terra Verde, & Sicilian olive oils as well as their Traditional Balsamic and Bourbon Balsamic. After the tasting we enjoyed a light lunch at their bistro, which was delightful. Farm to table, fresh food paired with a bottle of Chardonnay made for the perfect end to our experience. Highly recommend!
