I was curious if that was on purpose and the employees response was "7PM is pretty late to be having dinner." The person behind the counter said the salad/hot bar is mostly a lunch thing, not a dinner thing. That makes sense, but don't come to WF hungry for dinner or you'll be disappointed. The North and South Central Markets have better food, nicer employees and cheaper prices.
