I went…read morein for a routine eye check up and I have always used Peogressive Lens which is noted in my file. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and to my dismay all 3 were Single vision. I am not able to read with them . This is frustrating because my file notated that and he Dr. Cheung never asked me to changed rather he just went ahead just for monetary reasons . I voiced my frustrations after I picked up the glasses and of course he never acknowledged his error. When I also complained I was told I would have to pay for the changes that needed to be made in order for me to use all 3 glasses. I would never go back. Also this situation not only happen to me buy also my sister had the same exact situation occurred to her in the hands of Dr. JASON cheung. Thus behavior must stop. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR PATIENCE. I would not recommend this Dr.

I am so grateful for them taking me in I had an infection. When I walked in the office they greeted with happy cheerful smiles and everyone was so nice and happy, the doctor was on another level of greatness. I took my whole family for an exam the next week. What's more amazing is my mom doesn't speak English and they didn't get annoyed with her they took time to find glasses for her, worked with her and made her feel comfortable. My mom left there so happy and said she she felt like at home. Thank you everyone I will be sending all my family and friends there!!!!

Suggested another optical for kids at the near mall. Clearly she didn't want the business.. super rude. Please don't go here one persons attitude at a business establishment can differ.
