I called the same day for an appointment and they were able to fit me in. No wait! The doctor was able to see me right away, I literally spent no more than 45 min with exam. She was extremely nice, easy to speak to, (some doctors get right to the point and brief) she was very thorough, explained the exams and completed the different eye tests! She took her time where I didn't feel like I was a number or a patient entering a revolving door! I inquired about colored contacts she even provided me with samples of different colored contacts! I would 1000% recommend this vision care!

However I needn't have worried because Eyes on Broadway took their time, gave me excellent service and offered a wide choice of unique frames. First I got a comprehensive eye exam from Dr. Steve Agin who concluded that my prior prescription was grossly erroneous - this from an ultra high end optical store in NYC. No wonder I was seeing double and had headaches late in the day! I got beautiful new eyeglasses with - most importantly - the correct prescription. True the place is not dirt cheap but compared to other high end opticians they are very reasonable. They really seem to care about eye health and doing the right thing, rare in this day and age. I'll be going there from now on.

Plus a new case and soft shamy case all Maui Jim. I am eyeing the new blue n silver baby blues. So when I do buy them I will be going back to eyes on Broadway. They have many unique brands of sunglasses which if I was not stuck on my baby beach's, I would totally consider a few pairs I saw on the shelf.

The frames that were sold to me were older model glasses and could be found online for a fraction of what I paid for them. One style which I purchased was clearly too small for my face and should have never been suggested for me. Since I could not get a resolve with Ella's Vision, I went to Costco in Oceanside and had a wonderful experience.

It did take quite some time for my son's glasses to arrive though - like, several weeks. I also later ordered a pair of replacement glasses for him and I didn't receive them until almost 3 months later - crazy. I intend to go back though since pricing is reasonable and all of my interactions have been pleasant...I just know to give myself plenty of lead time.

I wanted one that I could look above the frame when not using it for reading instead of having to take off and put on my glasses throughout the day.
