Dr. Kramer is so talented! He gets my eye prescription correct every time! I don't get headaches when I get new frames; he's very skilled at pinpointing the best number for your vision. The staff is sooo kind, friendly & accommodating & professiinal. The practice is beautiful, bright, parking is easy. My favorite thing is there is NO waiting & dr. Kramer does a thorough, efficient examination & you are not wasting time just sitting around. As for many of us, we value our time; so I especially love how the whole team there shares in the value of time; and keep things moving. Just had an appointment here and I will bluntly state that I don't care if you're 25 miles away, this is the place to go. You'll find the accommodation and kindness from the whole staff that just doesn't exist anywhere else today. Overall I had a very pleasurable experience and highly recommend everyone to go here... unless you don't care about standards and being treated very, very well. The space is very nice, everyone goes out of their way for you, nobody pressures you into anything you don't want (but they do list out options for you so you know!), nobody tries anything sleezy... I've been in the UEO family for 25 years (which I just found out at my last visit with Dr. Kramer!) and by virtue of the length of the relationship it's safe to say I'm a very happy customer! I had shopped here once before for sun glasses and got a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses with a blue reflective lens and I could not be happier with them! After constant headaches and blurry vision I decided to return to get my eyes checked at Unique Eye Optique. I had a special case with needing a prescription lens in just one eye, for both distance and reading. Dr. Kramer was quick and helpful in diagnosing this and helping me find the perfect lens. When it came to choosing what type of glasses I wanted to wear, the staff could not have been more helpful. Joe, Tina, Joan and Karen all helped me to narrow down the many impressive choices. I have been using Dr. Kramer for more than 20 years. He is nothing less than fantastic. He made it possible for me to see again after I had a traumatic eye accident. He tries his utmost to satisfy his customer. He is more than pleasant and explains everything in a way that is totally understandable. It is such a pleasure to visit with him. His optician, Joel, also is wonderful - polite, funny and understanding. Their selection of frames is quite extensive and they try their best to help you select something that makes you happy. I am from overseas visiting my elderly aunt who is recovering from cancer and who lives right across the street from Unique Eye Optic. I've traveled 4000 miles with my registered medical assistance dog, who travels with me in cabin even on the long plane ride from Europe to the U.S. She is only 15 lbs and trained as a service animal. I have found myself unexpectedly needing new glasses, and also 'readers' and hoped to be able to bring my business to Unique Eye Optic but I was unable to even set foot in the door with my dog even having in possession all of the documents supporting her required assistance to me. After pleading and even offering to keep her in a secure carrier I was still denied access. This is a very sad situation for me as I would have been delighted to take care of my problem so conveniently. Unique Eye Optic is unique in its cruelty to my particular handicap which requires the presence of my service dog. read more

I recently purchased a pair of Tiffany eyeglasses from Unique Eye Optique and I absolutely love them. I have been going to Unique Eye Optique for many years now and I can tell you from personal experience that you will not find anywhere better. They carry the brands you love (Tory Burch, Prada, Bvlgary, Tiffany, etc) and a wide selection. But even beyond the fashionable eye wear, are the incredible staff. Doctor Jerome Kramer is an exceptional optometrist. I have been to many different establishments throughout the years, and no one measures up. The appointment is always quick, easy, and painless and Dr. Kramer is always kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Optician Joe is always amazing at not only making your glasses perfect but also helping you pick the best pair of glasses for you. Other notable staff are Joan, Tina, Karen, and Kathy. These are the wonderful women you will speak to on the phone and who will greet you upon arrival. They also sometimes assist with helping pick out your frames, and also teaching newbies how to put lenses in. Beyond this, they are extremely knowledgeable about your eye needs as well and always work hard to make sure all of our questions and concerns are addressed. These women always have a smile on their face and their friendly demeanor's are sure to brighten your day. For whatever your eye needs may be, I highly recommend Unique Eye Optique. read more

Don't waste your time. They have a small selection catered towards a particular clientele and if you don't fix the profile you are not welcome. Our greeting was "this is not a walk in kind of place, it's by appointment only". That is not how you run a successful business. read more
