I did purchase a set of new glasses and the lenses alone are close to $1,000, same what I had paid for my earlier set. I am over 65 years old and have been wearing eyeglasses since my childhood. This was the first time I was asked if I wore my glasses everyday and outdoors! For a long term client, pearl vision should have been more accommodative since I believe the lenses were defective. At least they should have offered a discount for the second pair which I wanted to purchase today which they declined. Customer satisfaction should not be taken for granted. Takes years to build and less than two interactions to lose a client.
