He came across as rude, unprofessional, and seemed unable to read the room. He constantly made awkward jokes, repeatedly referred to himself as an "alpha," and kept pushing the same comments even when nobody was laughing. Instead of making customers feel comfortable, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When gathering our information, he often sounded demanding rather than polite, speaking to people in a way that felt disrespectful. The biggest issue wasn't the jokes themselves, it was the attitude behind them. I've also noticed that when people leave criticism, he tends to argue back rather than take accountability. A business owner should be open to feedback, not treat every complaint like a personal attack. The staff deserves credit, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1. But Andy's behavior alone would make me think twice before returning.

I went to various stores around the area who either didn't have any frames that fit my lenses, none to my liking, or just ridiculously overpriced. A lot of them assured me they can sand off my lenses, which I was trying to stay away from. Others said they could place an order of new frames off their website but it would take a week to arrive. As I was about to give up, I stumbled upon this small shop. To my surprise, they had exactly what i was looking for.. frames that fit my lenses PERFECTLY. Not only that, they also had various colors to choose from! There were two people at the counter (the owners maybe?) who were very friendly and helpful. They also alerted me that I shouldn't sand down lenses since there are specific measurements of how it fits in a particular frame in relation to your eyesight. They accept insurance, though I'm not sure which ones since I didn't end up going through insurance because it would've costed me more to get new frames + lenses.
