They are true professionals and even more...they treat everyone as family. There is no other optician that I would trust with one of my most valuable senses. there is a reason i always come back....if something works....great selections....always accomodating....great prices....always a smile waiting for you from the owner, Laura, and her very knowledgeable assistant, Cynthia...laura can tell what frames you need just by the shape of one's face....i have never had difficulty with getting an appointment....they will accomodate you even if they have to move things around....whether sunglasses....reading glasses or contacts....they will always steer you in the best direction without burning a hole in your pocket....i dont mind driving 40 minutes to see them....i know I'll leave happy!! speaking of which i need ones....i know where im going....thanks Laura and Cynthia for always keeping my eyes happy and healthy. read more

The two customers who wrote the bad reviews must have been in a different store or on drugs. Laura and Cindy are two beautiful people who make you feel welcome and like family. I have been using Realeyes Opticals for over ten years and never have I encountered negativity like was written about these two beautiful women who both know this business very well. I am on my 4th pair of sunglasses from real eyes in the last 6 years....every time I go in there I am not only beyond satisfied with my purchases but amazed with the customer service. You can go just about anywhere and buy "nice glasses"; however, very rarely do you find two ladies who are more knowledgeable in fashion or who care more about how you look and feel In their product than Laura and Cynthia! Laura and her niece were soooooo helpful to my 2 shy boys. She helped them pick out frames that looked good and they like (almost an impossible trick!). The lenses were ready super fast and when I couldn't make it in to pick them up she offered to mail them at no charge.
