The parking is atrocious do not park in their parking lot unless you are a master at parking it's like a maze trying to fit your car without hitting other cars. Next, the front staff is totally unprofessional, gave attitude when you ask them for help, I understand that you are busy and understaffed but that is neither my fault or concern for them to take it out on us. Last but not least the guy helping us pick out glasses didn't say a peep just grabbed a few glasses gave them to us to try when I asked if those were covered by the insurance he looked like a deer in headlights took him a while to figure out which ones were covered...all of 3 glasses... Next, I called to ask if I could get a copy of the prescription and was given attitude, after being put on hold for 10 minutes I was told that it would be done when it could get done and then was rudely hung up on their excuse when I called back was that it was because they were busy only had one person working the front...Honestly I am thankful my daughter is learning all of the letters now because next year we will not be coming back here. This office left a bad impression just because of the staff, the doctors should evaluate them carefully and consider making some changes if they want a successful practice.

Bragin Ophthalmology, to check her vision; her vision…read morewas perfectly stable for a 68-year-old; she went to this doctor alone, she had an unpleasant encounter with the office staff; they were cold and unattentive to her needs. Todd J. Bragin told her she has glaucoma, cataracts, and stress on her eyes, and she'll need surgery within the next few months. If she doesn't, she may become blind. She was given eye drops there and also drops she was supposed to take that night and return in the morning; she did not feel comfortable taking the eye drops, she returned to the office as if she took the eye drops and the doctor said, see your eye are really bad, you'll need surgery. This office is taking advantage of older people, their cash only. She had a $90 copay; I would not recommend anyone going to this office. This ophthalmologist needs to retire. They are milking people's insurance. Her next appointment was at NYU Langone Eye Center. They told her the opposite of what was said at Todd J. Bragin's office. Consumer-aware second opinions are vital; if you're an older person, you need to have someone attend doctor's visits with you.

Please keep in mind that the practice has several doctors. This review is specifically for Dr. Charlene Grace- Foster. I recently changed PCP because I didn't feel as though my past practitioner's office staff did a good job with getting test results etc back to me in a timely fashion. After a frustrating search, I think I've landed my dream team. For me, it's super important that reception receives me well and that process is seamless because it sets the tone for the visit. My first visit was with the Rockville Center location. The staff was incredibly warm and check in was easeful. Wait time was less than 20 mins. The intake forms were very through even asking about my sleep patterns and mental health. I appreciate a good screening as long as they are actually going to use the information to serve me well. I was super impressed that before I even saw the Dr that they ran an EKG and outside of vitals was having conversations with me about bone density test and scheduling my first colonoscopy since I'm now middle-aged( gasp). Dr. Foster introduced herself and asked me what brought me in. It took a while for me to feel relaxed in her presence. We had conversations about everything that was concerning for me, I asked for what I needed and was satisfied with the quality of the experience but my 2nd visit was the game-changer. Less than two weeks later, I had to revisit as I got ill. For this visit I saw her in Valley Stream which is a much smaller location. Before we even addressed my labs and the results of my tests, she checked in with me. She actually paused to put the person ahead of the procedure and that really made me feel seen. We were able to connect as women, mothers and that reminded me of why representation in health care matters so much for me as a black, Caribbean woman. I walked away feeling really connected and confident that I was in good hands. Delivery of results and RX has been great and I look forward to a longstanding relationship with my Dr and the practice.

I can't get to the office the…read moreoffice they gave me a real hard time the manager I lost it said s word , so the office manager I just got in touch with Dr. Todd helper I haven't seen him in 10 years though and they call me back this morning so you'll have to find another doctor. He said oh he doesn't want to see me anymore and they wouldn't answer that question. I don't know why, but he takes the office staff word every time of them the patient the office staff is more important than the patient. It seems so I have to find another doctor. It's like elder abuse in my case.
