I am so grateful for them taking me in I had an infection. When I walked in the office they greeted with happy cheerful smiles and everyone was so nice and happy, the doctor was on another level of greatness. I took my whole family for an exam the next week. What's more amazing is my mom doesn't speak English and they didn't get annoyed with her they took time to find glasses for her, worked with her and made her feel comfortable. Granted it was a full house etc. but customer exchange is important as it reflects to me the type of care one will get. The doctor herself was okay, but she looked overworked. So I have yet to have the eye surgery yet as I am frightened by the attitude of staff at both places. I checked the background of both doctors at both locations. First location the doctor had more experience and the second had less experience. So here I am a near month later in need of surgery on one eye frighten to put my eyes in the hands of unfriendly clinics. If your overworked and tired how will it affect the only eyes I have in surgery. Any business office must have a welcoming front desk person as it reflects on the rest of the business.
