We ended up hiring another HVAC company that quickly found and resolved the problem. Life-Safety Fall Hazard: The machine sits near the roofline several stories above a ground-level driveway. It rests inside the oversized opening without dedicated structural framing, a properly fitted sleeve, or mechanical mounting brackets to anchor it.
