I called Silverleaf, and spoke with the receptionist, who scheduled me for a free consultation later that week. On the scheduled day, Manny came out to meet with me and provided some options, which I could consider. We came to an agreement on what made the most sense. He and his crew arrived in clean work vans, on time, and installed new up lights in a couple hours. We are very pleased with the results. With a 5 year warranty. Great service!

I then flipped the door myself and found coins, a bunch of dog hair, and random trash in the machine crevices. The lint filter was not even cleaned. I dried one load of clothes and there were random orange stains that were not present when I washed the clothes. I looked inside the dryer with a flashlight and there was what looked like orange crayon all on the inside of the drum, which I then had to clean. Getting used appliances means there will be some amount of extra work, but this was just lazy for the company not even to clean and vaccuum the unit first. Fast forward to October, and the dryer does not work - I had my clothes in 7 times and they are still cold and wet. I reached out to them and they said it would be $129 for a service call and more money for the missing parts. The warranty must've been about 6 months, and it has been 9. I bought from here to support a small business, but this was a terrible experience and a waste of nearly $1000.

5/5 Stars -- Outstanding Experience with Conner Jones at Jarrell!…read moreI cannot say enough great things about my experience with Conner Jones at Jarrell in Dallas. From the moment we started shopping for a dishwasher, Conner went completely above and beyond to make sure we saw every available option. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit -- never pushy, just truly helpful. What really blew us away came after the purchase. When it was discovered that we didn't have the proper electrical plug for our new dishwasher, Conner and the entire Jarrell team didn't hesitate for a second. They came out of pocket to dispatch another installer the very same day to make sure everything was completed properly. That kind of commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Conner and Jarrell reminded us what it looks like when a company truly cares. They treated us like family, not just a transaction. If you're in the Dallas area and in the market for appliances, don't even think twice -- ask for Conner Jones. You will not be disappointed!
