And I was all the more impressed given the fact that N & D is a small team that essentially operates as a family-owned business. Installation: The installation could not have been more seamless. John, Darren, and David arrived promptly. They installed the security system and had me up and running in little to no time. For example, in addition to setting up my home security system, Darren helped set up our doorbell camera and even attempted to help install smart locks throughout my home. I saw some of the recent negative feedback about no responses for small jobs, but it doesn't see they are interested in any work . At least respond that you're not interested or don't have the capacity. I can respect that. But don't waste people's time. I thought I was being gracious over the holidays and hung in there based on their past work, but something has changed and I would not recommend them anymore.

I have dealt with ongoing connection issues, but today's situation was the final straw. A technician came out to install my doorbell camera, and it was installed sideways. The technician did not have the proper supplies needed to correct the issue. When they returned to fix the installation, the situation became worse -- now my door will not close properly, and my newly installed door and frame were damaged. We recently had this door and frame installed, and now there are permanent marks and chips that cannot simply be wiped away. Please see the attached photos. The lack of care and quality control is extremely disappointing. I am requesting that this matter be escalated directly to the owner of Armstrong's so this damage can be addressed and resolved appropriately. After four years as a customer, I expected much better service and accountability. The Tech did not have permission to relocate my doorbell, camera and drill holes in my brick. Once he installed, the door will not open or closed.
