They did set up the email addresses, and ALL my emails immediately went into my recipients' spam folders. My whole job is sending email (I'm a literary agent), so this was absolutely devastating for my business. Tech Masters spent three weeks supposedly trying to fix this problem, during which time I experienced work stress like no other--I could not communicate with my clients. Eventually, Tech Masters stopped replying to my emails and phone calls, leaving me in a terrible lurch (despite the fact I pre-paid for 5 hours of their time). In the end, with help from a friend who is a software engineer, I solved the problem myself, but it took HOURS of my own time...which is exactly why I hired an IT company in the first place...so that I wouldn't have to figure out DKIM authentication and other gobbledygook tech stuff myself.
