Getting in and out of the facility is cumbersome, especially when you're carrying multiple bottles or cases of wine. Overall, the wine storage area feels like an afterthought rather than something that was intentionally designed and properly managed for wine collectors. The tasting room was also disappointing. While you're shown a tasting room, members apparently don't have access to actually use it, and the overall setup is strange and not very inviting. I chose Firehouse Movers because of their glowing Google reviews, and their initial estimate was very competitive. Unfortunately, the final bill was a complete shock. To begin with, they insisted on a virtual estimate and refused to come out in person and assess the job. This was a 5000 sq ft home full of furniture, and I wanted the most accurate estimate possible. I asked multiple times for an in-person estimate, but my requests were declined. By moving day, I had sold two-bedroom sets and several other large pieces of furniture that were included in the original estimate. Even with significantly fewer items to move, the final price was more than double the original estimate. On the day of the move, I somehow went from needing two trucks, as stated in the estimate, to four. And from 9 to 17 total man hours. At the end of a long day, my husband just wanted them gone, so he reluctantly paid the bill before they could log anymore hours. When I called to discuss the bill, Firehouse claimed I had verbally approved the additional associated costs over the phone, citing a recording, which was completely false. I have asked multiple times for this recording, but I have not received it. That was not a small miscalculation. Our move was grossly underestimated. This whole experience felt misleading and dishonest. Stay away.

The reason got that 3 star is that they increased our rent every few months. It got to the point where rent was more expensive than my first mortgage!
