A few roof rats…read morefound a way into my attic, after I'd let the trees and shrubs get a wee bit too close to the roofline, thus creating a rat highway right to the roof, and easier access for critters to get into the attic. Jason and his qualified team came by and plugged all of the potential entry points into the attic. And POOF: No more rats. Yay! He is knowledgeable about this stuff: He knows the behavior of rodents and what not. I now know that a "roof rat" is an actual species of rat. Who knew! We are grateful to this team for SAVING us before the rats did a ton of damage in the attic, and before the cold season descended upon us! We highly recommend this business for your rodent exclusion! Attaching a video of our little helper (our awesome cat) who was attempting to help in the rodent-exclusion process (video is attached for your amusement!), but ultimately, it was Jason who saved the day. Thank you!

I experienced the same thing many other reviewers have mentioned regarding Erik's incredible customer service and knowledge of rodents. He quickly identified several entry points the mice were likely using that I never would have considered myself. During the work, he was even able to show me staining and other evidence confirming they were actively using those routes to get into the attic. I was also very happy to learn that Erik is a licensed roofing contractor in addition to performing rodent exclusion work, as I needed my roof valleys cleaned as well. After removing the tiles, he showed me how much debris had built up underneath in areas that weren't visible from the outside and explained that I was likely only about a year away from developing a major leak. Overall, I found his pricing to be very fair, and he was genuinely one of the friendliest people I've worked with. I'll absolutely be calling him again in a few years for another checkup.
