Dave told me that since they are in my neighborhood a lot, he'd just have a tech stop by and do it at no cost to me. This floored me! What company just does things for free now a days? Anyhow, the tech showed up and he was so knowledgeable about the ants and cobweb types and spiders at our house, he wasn't pushy at all, just explained what an every other month service could provide for us. I ended up signing up for service every other month. This company is so great! The tech stayed there while I had to go back to work, completed the service, took down all the cobwebs and sprayed all over. He even closed the garage and secured my back yard before leaving. I can't recommend this company enough. I have already told at least 10 people about them and plan to continue to do so!

It's the kind of service you can only get from someone who is completely invested in what they do for their company and family. We had a very bad ant problem that seemed effortlessly taken care of by Justin. All this, after we had spent last year trying to get rid of them. I'm sure it cost me more in frustration and chemicals from big box stores than having a competent professional solve it. He's very timely with appointment times and texts. I could say more good things but I think if you're reading this review ... that should do it. Have complete confidence when you call him that will be the end of your pest problems!

He is awesome, non disruptive, and has a 30 day guarantee about getting the problem fixed or he will come back and spray again. I tried so many things on my own to try and get them to go away, but finally texted Jason again because I couldn't eliminate them. We were told that they would come once per month, but they corrected that later and said once every two months. Four months later they showed up. They lied and said we were not home when they "tried" to do their work. Now we've been put in collection. We didn't pay the bill because THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING for four months. They have a reputation for aggressive billing collection. They are the worst. How can they still be in business when all they want is their money, and they don't care about the customer AT ALL. We're just supposed to sit here and take it. I plan to write complaints about this company until they either fix their BS or go out of business. The employee that came to our house ONCE in the beginning promised to take down ALL the spider webs. He maybe got to 1/3 of them. We had bugs crawling around all over the place after he left, and I had to spray myself.
