He made recommendations (that we implemented) and handled the rodent issues in our crawl space. All handled with a reasonable cost given the work involved. I really liked Thomas alot. Although I don't want any more pest issues in our home, I know that Thomas will be the first person I call.

They arrived on time, they were very thorough besides one other company they both were neck and neck after reviewing all yelp reviews I decided to go with Advanced. Yesterday 5/7/26 the technician came out yesterday, I don't remember his name, he arrived around 9 am very nice and respectful young man. He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.

Dave told me that since they are in my neighborhood a lot, he'd just have a tech stop by and do it at no cost to me. This floored me! What company just does things for free now a days? Anyhow, the tech showed up and he was so knowledgeable about the ants and cobweb types and spiders at our house, he wasn't pushy at all, just explained what an every other month service could provide for us. I ended up signing up for service every other month. This company is so great! The tech stayed there while I had to go back to work, completed the service, took down all the cobwebs and sprayed all over. He even closed the garage and secured my back yard before leaving. I can't recommend this company enough. I have already told at least 10 people about them and plan to continue to do so!

It's the kind of service you can only get from someone who is completely invested in what they do for their company and family. This company was hired to complete a pest inspection prior to my escrow closing. I called…read moreimmediately when the inspection was scheduled to provide payment over the phone. I spoke with a woman at the front desk and gave my card information at that time. After the inspection was completed, I received the report via email. I replied to confirm with Kevin that my payment information had been received. He responded confirming that it had and stated he would charge my card once he returned from working out of town. I continued to check my account, but the charge never appeared, and over time it unfortunately slipped my mind. Fast forward seven months later--one week before Christmas--I was contacted requesting payment. I replied to the entire email chain showing my prior attempts to pay and explained that, due to the timing and lack of notice, I would need to make payment when I was able, as this expense had not been budgeted for. I also spoke with Kevin by phone, and while he seemed understanding, there was no acknowledgment that this delay was due to the company's failure to process payment when originally authorized. Last night, I noticed my card had been charged, leading me to believe my card information from seven months ago was used without prior notice or authorization at that time. This is not about avoiding payment--I made every effort to pay promptly and responsibly from the beginning. This situation is disappointing, especially as many of us are making a conscious effort to support small businesses in our community. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would recommend using a different company for pest inspection services.
