I called to inquire about spiders, black widows etc outside our home. Owner answered call, had service in 2 days. Great communication & very reasonably priced. read more

To start off, I called Dave Brown's Pest Control for an estimate on what it would cost to spray my garage for black widow spiders. Dave told me that since they are in my neighborhood a lot, he'd just have a tech stop by and do it at no cost to me. This floored me! What company just does things for free now a days? Anyhow, the tech showed up and he was so knowledgeable about the ants and cobweb types and spiders at our house, he wasn't pushy at all, just explained what an every other month service could provide for us. I ended up signing up for service every other month. This company is so great! The tech stayed there while I had to go back to work, completed the service, took down all the cobwebs and sprayed all over. He even closed the garage and secured my back yard before leaving. I can't recommend this company enough. I have already told at least 10 people about them and plan to continue to do so! read more

Great business and the owner is very nice came to the house and gave me the estimate and I've had one service so far!

I want to specifically recognize Jacob Vervalin, who continues to service my home. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He takes the time to explain what he does and always does an excellent job. I really appreciate his work. read more

Dave and his crew are wonderful. We live out in the country and they always make sure our rat traps are set and they spray for enormous wolf spiders. I highly recommend this company read more

Wonderful business! Totally helped us with meat bees.... they were bananas... ambushed my wife in the front yard. Dave remedied that! Yesterday he sent his employee RJ to help us figure out dead smell in house. Turned out to be , 1000 square foot cat litter box under our house... RJ crawled every inch under home. Great man. Honest business, no B of the S.... no charge for yesterday's work. 200% recommend, honest and cool read more

I requested pest control to reduce mosquitoes and the mosquitoes bucket trap installed in the back yard worked within 24 hours. I'm upset at myself for not doing this earlier. read more

Just the nicest, friendliest guy. Good prices and so relieved to have good people to rely on!

So glad I called Dave Browns pest control, I first called Clark and they quoted us a ridiculous price of $275 to remove a small wasp nest. Dave brown helped at a very minimal cost and had someone out here within a few hours. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you so much! I will be calling them moving forward. read more

I have been with Dave Brown Pest Control for 3 years with my current home and about 2.5 years at my previous home. So almost 6 years total. I recently had a major ant problem since its getting colder and these ants decided to take it indoors. I called Dave Brown and he had a guy at my house same day. These guys are amazing! I almost never see a spider or any insects inside my home. Like I said, if I have an issue, it's immediately resolved! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THEY ARE LOCAL AND THEY ARE AMAZING! read more

A rat problem that seemed to worsen. Non responsive when the problem got worse. Paying any other way aside from check is a pain. Go somewhere else if you're looking for your pest problem to go away. read more

My elderly mother hired them to get rid of rodents at her house. They came once, set traps and never came back (they were supposed to come back in two days). She called and left messages but they never responded. One rat was caught, but my mom's tenant had to get rid of it! read more

Love Dave Brown's Pest Control! I'm very pleased with my service! The prices are reasonable and they are very responsive to any pest problems that arise. I also feel like the product they use is more superior than another company I had used in the past. I don't have the issues with it being ineffective like this other company. I'm so happy to have Dave Brown's! I sleep a lot better knowing the creepy crawling things are not in my home. read more

We never had a need for pest control until our house was invaded by ants at the beginning of the rainy season several years ago. On top of completely controlling the ant problem we now no longer have pill-bugs or black widow spiders and it has also helped with the earwigs. Our technician, Dan, is very friendly and helpful. He has always been responsive to our needs. I'm extremely happy with our service. read more

Dave is a really nice guy, and he's been around for a long time in Chico. But Ed, the guy that comes to do the work, is a salty, arrogant and rude curmudgeon that doesn't appear to like his job very much. He shows up unannounced, then gets mad when you're not home. He hates dogs, and will go out of his way to make you feel like YOU, the idiot, are the problem. Always. Finally had to cancel this service and look for a competitor. read more

Great service. Always willing to come back before my scheduled service, if a problem arises. Dave and another employee even stayed to help me when a suspicious person was around my house. Thanks guys! read more

This company is always very responsive and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. They have been my service of choice for 7 years.

Dave Brown is the best. First he is local, not a big chain. Second and more important he knows a lot about pests. Third, his rates are very fair. Let's face it, no one wants to deal with pests and most of the time you need service immediately. Dave does what he says he is going to do, does it well, for a very fair price. read more

We developed a rat problem and after calling around a bit, we went with Dave Brown's Pest Control. They seemed nice, prompt, and professional over the phone. The person assigned to our account, Danny, WAS very nice. The problem was, he wasn't professional when it came to actually showing up. Out of the 6 prepaid visits, he was slightly late for one, and the rest, he either didn't come and I had to call and reschedule, or, I would call and he would come over very late. He also said, after the first visit, that he would make a quick extra visit, free of charge, just to check on the traps in the attic....but never called or actually did so. Since it wasn't a paid visit, I didn't think much of it in the beginning, but as the weeks went by and he never came on time and often didn't come at all, I became frustrated with the lack of customer service. After the 3rd visit, I called the office to let them know that I was having difficulty with the service, and although the gentleman I spoke to was apologetic, nothing changed. The last visit, Danny called the day before to confirm the next day's appointment time, and left a voicemail saying 10am, which we had agreed on the week before. The next day, when it was after 10am and he hadn't come, I called to confirm he was coming, and he said he thought the appointment was at noon. I value my time and prefer to do business with companies that do the same, so in the future, I will look elsewhere for our pest control. read more
