I can't believe its taken me this long to review Gibbs! I wish every home services company in Chico were run by pros like Jason. He has reliably handled every issue I've called him for. A well established rat infestation, a stubborn issue with little tiny bigs that came in with new landscaping material, wasp nests by the pool, summertime ants, etc. He always picks up his phone, and he handles issues immediately and effectively. If Gibbs would just expand into HVAC, Landscaping, Plumbing and Window Cleaning Chico would be SET! read more

My sister and I moved into a house that had obviously not been taken care of in June of 2020. We immediately ran into problems with Ants and roaches. I put in a maintenance request and Jason came out to take care of the issues. He is awesome, non disruptive, and has a 30 day guarantee about getting the problem fixed or he will come back and spray again. I think he came out 3 times within a month the second time we had any problems because they would NOT go away. Recently we have had an infestation of flies in our back yard. I tried so many things on my own to try and get them to go away, but finally texted Jason again because I couldn't eliminate them. He came out the next day, and fingers crossed this is the only thing that needed to be done!! But I know I can give him a call if they are still around! read more

Team Gibbs is awesome! They clear spiderwebs and spray monthly. They also have some traps where we have problems with furry friends. They check the traps and clear them promptly. If a trap goes off between the monthly service I just text and they are usually here no more than 24 hours later! Friendly, attentive, and reasonably priced! read more

This is my fourth spring/summer having Jason come out for pest control. I'm really surprised that there are a couple reviewers who said they had trouble getting ahold of him -- are they sure it's this guy? Because every time I text him, I hear right back. He does a great job, gets rid of the webs, and if critters come back he gets right on it. Jason also helped me two summers in a row when I had rats under my house. He'd swing by as soon as I let him know one was in the trap, and he'd take care of it. I'm sorry to hear anyone's had a negative experience; mine's been 100% positive. I've recommended this company to friends who have also reported their experiences were positive. read more

Reasons I don't like OTHER pest companies: -Pressured into contracts for pests that only bother me during part of the year -They spray a bunch of poison where you live -Most pest guys are kinda creepy -Whenever I need to get in touch, my call goes to voicemail Fortunately Team Gibbs is none of these things.. You're not stuck in a contract once the bug army retreats. He uses organic (and effective) sprays around my home, and he's pleasant to talk to. And he picks up his phone. In short, I recommend Jason Gibbs and not the other guys. I've tried quite a few (I'm picky). read more

Jason is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have used him for years for both our home and business. After a bad experience with a different pest control company, I was so lucky to find Team Gibbs. He offers flexible options and you can tell he truly cares about his work and providing the best service for his customers. He is responsive and his treatments are effective. I recommend him without hesitation (and often do!). read more

We have had ant & bee problems at our house and when we call or text Jason he is there the same day. Very knowledgeable, child & pet friendly products. Great service! read more

Shortly after we purchased our home, we started to noticed we were being invaded by ants. They were most likely looking for water as it was pretty dry at the time. We had a child's birthday party coming up and I wanted our house ant free. I called Team Gibbs based on their reviews and was so glad I did. Jason came out and tried something that was less harmful in case a child came in contact with it and told me to contact him in two or three days if the ants were still there. Unfortunately they were and the party was coming up quick. Jason came back out and tried another method that worked almost instantly. When we woke up the next day, all the ants were gone. To top it off, he sprayed for black widows too as he found some in our yard and didn't want kids to come in contact with them. I thought that was so sweet and kind. I won't use any other pest control but theirs. read more

Awesome service. Jason listens to your needs and meets them (or exceeds them). He's able to offer non-toxic pest control products and recommends exclusionary methods too. Totally affordable, friendly, on-time and flexible. If I could give them six stars, I would. read more

Had a pest in my attic. Called in the morning and they came out within an hour. The gentlemen was extremely helpful, walking me around the property and showing me how it might have got into the building. Told me how to keep them out and got into our tiny attic filled with insulation to take care of it. Very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend. Price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be calling for any issues in the future. read more

Amazing! Jason was incredibly fast to respond to my pest problem. Professional and efficient. He also didn't create false situations that required unnecessary and expensive treatment! He will be my go-to guy in the future. read more

Hard to get a hold of. When he does call back 3 days later, says that he is busy with his kids in some kind of activity, which was really none of our business. We didn't receive our bills until one or two months after his service, never let us know when he serviced our rentals and canceled our service without letting us know after accusing us of not paying our bill, which I provided him with a copy of the check and that it was cleared by the bank a month before. I find his office practices and his phone calls to be very unprofessional. read more

Excellent customer service. Prompt, easy to get in touch with, honest & inexpensive. We would highly recommend this service .

This guy went above and beyond to help me with my black widow issue in my backyard. We had a regular service (bimonthly) with Chippewa pest and they failed to keep the spiders away and in fact did not even spray or get two large nests on our house. Team Gibbs came out the same day I called and it's been a few weeks with no issues. We will be called to set up a regular service with them! read more

Signed up for a every other month type deal the guy was pretty nice and personable. But we haven't heard back after the first month he came and did pest control.. read more

I own a four plex in Chico. One of my tenants left roaches behind. I called Team Gibbs because of the great reviews he gets. He (Jason) got over there right away and sprayed. I would recommend Team Gibbs to my friends and family. Jason has been servicing our home monthly for over a year. We live on 5 acers and Jason has helped solve our ant, spider and pest problems. Before Jason started with us our home had ants in several different locations, fleas around the perimeter of our home, rats in our attic and lots of spiders. To get the property under control Jason came out multiple times each month however, only charged us for one visit per month. He was very patient with us, prompt when we had to call him out again and affordable. Now we do not have any pest problems. I feel very comfortable with Jason in our home; he is friendly, trustworthy and kind. I am grateful to Team Gibbs for their service and will continue to have our property serviced by them. read more
