I have two babies in the house and I reused to allow my husband to spray anything for fear it could harm them. Finally, after finding a spider literally crawling around my youngest baby, I broke down and called Keillor's Pest Solutions. And THANK GOD I did! Justin offered to come out the next morning (I called in the evening, or I think he's have offered to make it that same day). My schedule didn't allow that, so he came out when it was convenient for me later in the week. He showed up, shook my hand and got right to work. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers, respecting my clean floors - which sounds silly, but it means a lot when I barely manage to keep my home clean with two kids. A contractor coming in a dirtying the floors is literally the worst! I also appreciate the fact that he uses baby-safe products. He made me (the biggest skeptic) feel comfortable and that my babies would be safe after spraying. And, for all the well-meaning husbands out there who "can do it [yourself]," I get it. But! Keillor's Pest Solutions uses spray you can't buy without a license, so...really...you can't. (But thank you for manning up and trying, I know I appreciate the effort!) Justin sprayed inside, laid granules outside, and is coming back to spray outside since it was raining the day he first visited. He was quick, efficient, and pleasant in our communications. She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.

The first time they sprayed did not kill the fleas and after I insisted they spray again a week later Jeremy mixed up a stronger solution. For $275 they would only come back once within 30 days and gave me no follow up care or information on the flea lifecycle which continued, so I used ChatGPT to instruct me on how to proceed which involved daily vacuuming and using flea traps which I purchased. The traps they gave me were for mice, not fleas. Finally, 2 months later, after the initial spraying, the fleas are finally gone. And during this time I had no animals in the house. The key to getting rid of them was all the vacuuming and traps that I did, with no help from Shelby's. I could've used an otc spray and saved the money.
