I put in a maintenance request and Jason came out to take care of the issues. He is awesome, non disruptive, and has a 30 day guarantee about getting the problem fixed or he will come back and spray again. I think he came out 3 times within a month the second time we had any problems because they would NOT go away. Recently we have had an infestation of flies in our back yard. I tried so many things on my own to try and get them to go away, but finally texted Jason again because I couldn't eliminate them. He came out the next day, and fingers crossed this is the only thing that needed to be done!! But I know I can give him a call if they are still around!
