I tried turning my computer off by closing it - no help. I just couldn't get it to appear again. I went to the shop this morning and they had it going in about one minute flat! Apparently, there's a button at the top of the keyboard that turns the arrow on and off...who knew? They did! Nice people, sweet dog, and they are total computer pros. Thank you!
