My issue is with thier billing and payment support. Thankfully, I've never had an issue with the equipment or calling for help, but I also haven't had my system very long. I received a bill in month 2 for double the monthly amount, along with late payment notice. I checked my credit card statement and their was an auto-payment for the 1st month. I tried to make a one-time payment and could not complete it because thier website only displays 1/2 of the encrypted box, so you can never complete the payment. (see the photo) And yes, I tried this in Chrome, Edge and Safari with the same problem, so it's not me. I had to speak to someone to make the payment. I made the pament and it still showed I owed another month. Another call and a promise they show a zero balance. It took a week for the account to register a zero balance for me to see. Now it's getting close to payment time, and I wanted to be pro-active. Same problem, same stupid response from thier chat representative. When I signed my contract, I checked the box for ACH monthly payments, so now I am super confused as to why that isn't happening consistently or at all. I ended up having to sign up for auto-pay just to ensure my payment gets made this month, which really pisses me off. It feels very deceptive on ADT's part ... And now I will have to spend time watching to make sure they do not take out 2 payments and set reminders for me when this contract ends so I can cancel this service.

Update: Well since I have no internet I do have cell…read moreservice because it is not connected to my Control 4 so I have time to point out to your future customers that absolutely nothing was omitted from my texts. Also you admitted to me this morning that you "lost" your receptionist and that is why you didn't respond to my texts. But go ahead and lie on yelp. That will ALWAYS help you get more business! The bigger WOW here was when I hung up the phone from you blaming me for me being frustrated with you, I then called my husband and he said he had just hung up from Roman (who is not your technician but rather the owner of the company) and he basically told my husband that he doesn't have time and to call anyone else in the valley to do the work. So we did! We look forward to someone coming tomorrow to fix this mess! Maybe the best way to get ahold of you is through a yelp review because you sure responded to that quicker than almost a month! Hahahaha We have had our control 4 system w CinemaScope which used to be Modern Home now for 2.5-3 years. The install went good and we're promised the world when meeting with Roman and he and his guys came to set up our TVs and internet. But fast forward to when you need someone to come out and fix something or you need a service call...then you have to wait 2 weeks or more to get your service completed. OR you message them and they don't even call or text back. With this last set of problems I first text them on May 4th. Then the problems have gotten worse and worse and now the whole system is not working. We try to reset, doesn't work. Then we call cox because they like to blame everything on cox, that doesn't work. Then when we are upset that it took almost a month for them to call back, they say I know you are upset and you're taking it out on me! Uuuuuhhhhhh yeah!!! I'm taking it out on you because you don't answer the phone, you don't answer texts, and then when we do finally track you down it's going to be 2 weeks before we get someone out to look at it! I have 2 businesses that I run from my home and 2 weeks is a long time to be out of business!!! Hire more people so you can live up to what you are selling people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Attached are the communications the last few times we have needed assistance. Sometimes you are communicated with and sometimes not! Use someone else that has better customer service, that doesn't put the blame on you!

They were very responsive, reasonably priced and super fast. They were so easy to work with that we also hired them to set up our landscape sound system. Another excellent job. Great company and communication.
