Throughout my service, I noticed multiple employees repeatedly staring at me, talking quietly, laughing, and watching while the pedicurist worked on my feet. Whether intentional or not, it made me feel insecure, unwelcome, and judged. Additionally, I was denied a drink at 6:15 PM because "the manager had left" despite the salon being open with several lounging employees. Then there was the manicure. At first I thought "maybe she's going to clean it up?" But when she started packing up and left, I realized she was actually leaving my fingers like this. This was not done to a professional standard, the cuticle care was rushed and poorly executed and the polish was streaky and uneven. The woman who worked on my feet attempted to fix my fingernails but it quickly became clear it couldn't be corrected without starting over- which wasn't possible given it was 15 minutes to closing and I had my birthday dinner reservations. Feeling drained and just done with the whole experience, I asked her to remove the polish and I documented the process to show that I gave the salon the opportunity to make it right. There was no offer for me to come back another day to have it redone, and I left feeling significantly worse than when I arrived. read more

I came in this morning for my first visit. I am trying to find a new place for my wife and I We used to go to a Nail Salon , which we LOVED! They treated us like family.But their building sold so they closed Anyway, I was a little disappointed today The tech was very nice, but she had a "regular" customer come in after she started me. The regular wanted a manicure and told the tech that in front of me. The regular was on her phone the entire time she was there My tech put towels on my legs and then went to start the Regular. The tech then came back, and while working on me the Regular said she also wanted a pedicure. Right in front of me I felt like I was taking the back seat even though I had an appointment and was already in the chair Also, I got the Spa Pedicure. Most places wrap your legs in a plastic bag with the pumice or whatever it is, at this same price. I tipped her $10.00 but I regret it. We went for nice pedicures yesterday morning. My friends done by a male was great. Mine by a female was terrible. My polish looks horrible- not fully covering toenails, her hair was long and getting in the way of the polish as she did it. She cut out a portion of my toenail painfully leaving a sharp part sticking out she couldnt get out. I feel like it is now ingrown and filling with puss. Wasted $55 plus tip. I still have callus on my heels as well after paying for the callus remover. Will NOT be back and do not recommend. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got builder gel nails done on Wednesday, July 7, and by Saturday, July 12, the gel on my index finger was already lifting. That alone was frustrating, but it only got worse from there. The woman who initially did my nails--an older woman with a noticeably bad attitude--seemed like she didn't want to be there and definitely didn't want to do my nails. She was rude and dismissive the entire time. When I returned to get my nail and toe fixed, the situation was even more unprofessional. The first woman they assigned to fix my nail refused to do it because she didn't want to give me the natural look I asked for. Are you serious? I had to wait for someone else to fix it, which wasted even more of my time. Not once did the main woman at the front--who greets customers and oversees everything--ask me how I was doing or acknowledge the inconvenience. When she was done, she literally walked away without saying thank you or a single word. Completely unprofessional and rude. Also, when I first arrived, I asked for polish color #37, and the woman just brought out a completely different color and said she couldn't find it. Didn't ask if I wanted to choose another one, didn't apologize--just brushed it off like it didn't matter. I'm new to the area, and I can confidently say this is the worst salon experience I've had. The customer service is terrible, the attitudes are nasty, and the quality of work is poor. My nails barely lasted a few days before lifting, which is unacceptable for builder gel. Beautiful salon, great pedicure, I picked a midrange pedicure package. My technician was wonderful. They have a lot of complimentary drinks. Great sterile practices, nice selection of colors. I did not appreciate being charged $2.00 extra on top of the $55 I paid for "silver top, long lasting nail polish". This is simply OPI's $13 dollar bottle vs their typical $10. It's not the money but the principal. The receptionist that served the drinks and checked me in was not particularly friendly. Gorgeous spa, good service, look out for hidden up charges. read more

I would give zero star if I could. Worst experience ever. I came here for half leg and half arm waxing and spa manicure and spa pedicure. They made me wait for over 40 minutes and then sent someone to do my arms waxing first whereas they knew I'm scheduled to do spa pedicure as well. The lady who came to do spa pedicure was in super rush, she was in so much rush that twice she even forgot to put powder before putting the hot wax and skipped the hair on few spots until I told her. And when I told her that I feel burn that's when she put some aloe gel. Seemed like she doesn't even know the proper procedure or does not feel like doing it for me and she was in extremely rush to just finish the work. Of course she didn't want to put any almond oil on the area after waxing. After that they changed my spa manicure to classic manicure which they decided to do only on my hand palms and not arms because of the wax that was done prior with full payment. They themselves decided on the shorter service with full payment without my knowledge. After the manicure when I told the person what about my arms and they said it's because of the waxing they don't want to massage as if it was my fault. The pedicure was okay and the person who did was nice too. But after taking three hours of my time the overall service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management and service is extremely bad. The only good thing was the lady who did my friend's nails. She did an excellent job on my friend for cat eye nails. Other than that everything was bad. They didn't even offer any drinks the whole period where they served drinks to other customers. The pricing is very reasonable for the service and nail quality. Although I love my nails, I'm not sure I'll be back because the next day my finger was swollen with an infection. The young lady who did my nails kept drilling in the same spot around my cuticles after I told her that she was hurting me. It created an open wound that got infected and I had to take off of work to get it checked out at urgent care because of the pain and puss that was coming from it.
