We walked in and they said they could take us at 5pm. We called in to push it to 5:30pm. We came in with our party and only two of us girl got our mani pedis finished. They didn't get to the other two girls and four kids. One of the girls mentioned that they normally come here and right away they are seated to at least soak their feet first. That didn't happen. The kids kept asking about it but it never happened. Another issue is an appointment for 6:30pm came in and she got taken in before our other two girls. I got dip and two nails smudged. There was also a piece of lint in one. He was putting the glue over it and it was still bumpy. He ended up buffing it out and putting the "glue" which he called it on again which was much better. My pinky nail is a lil bumpy. The pedicure was also rushed. The reason I'm giving three stars is mostly for the fact that they accommodated the kids by making sure there were snacks and a charger for them to use. My nail tech also was pretty thorough for the most part even though he was tired. I understand it was a holiday and it was a bit hectic for them but if you can't accommodate a party like ours, just let us know and we will be back tomorrow! read more

All the nails are different sizes with air bubbles, and black residue was left on my fingers. All except one nail came out more square than coffin. It's probably so expensive because of how much product was wasted. The woman doing my nails put a thick layer of the dip onto my nail and said she'd file it down. He would not stop filing my actual nails even after he has removed the previous material. My nails are now super thin and damaged, he Almost went into my skin and refused to listen. Horrible job... the man that did my nails Andy T was rushed the whole time. He was grinding my nails while looking behind him at a tv the whole time. He cut my fingers multiple times and cut the inside of my finger behind my nail and left it bleeding. I was left with my nails looking like they were done maybe 1-2 weeks ago, not just fresh. The day my daughter and I visited this salon, we both had appointments. We had to wait a little bit, but eventually got in. I got a pedicure, the lady pulled skin up and out from around my toenail rather than cutting it, which was painful. At the top of my big toe nails you can see where they did not get all the dead skin off and it looks bad. The lady did spend more time on the bottom of my feel removing callus than most salons I have used which I appreciate, but the massage was very lacking. I tried to communicate to the lady but she did not understand. My daughter also received a pedicure and was unhappy with the results other than the painting. They also did not massage much or deeply enough, but did remove a lot of callus off the bottoms of her feet. While we were getting our pedicures they had 8 customers waiting for their appointment and waiting a very long time. One lady who had been waiting about 25 minutes for her appointment was over looked and two other ladies placed in front of her, they were walkins...not an appointment. The lady became very upset and the lady I assume was a manager or owner told her she needed to have made an appointment, but she had. They immediately put her at a station, but she was bit deal with the remaining 30 minutes we were there, the other ladies who went ahead of her were. I do not like a salon that takes a walkins and makes you late in getting in to your scheduled time. A persons time is valuable, and it's very rude to not keep an appointment time just to get as many people in as you can for the dollar. This salon was very unorganized, unprofessional, understaffed, and did not over all give good service to us, or the other people they made wait an unacceptable amount of time. Overdue review. Worst nail shop period. I did callus removal for my pedicure and the lady cut both my feet! We couldn't even finish and she had to clean my feet and area. I asked that once they patched me up to paint my nails and there was no apology. I had to wait for my friend to finish and when we paid he had the gall to charge the entire pedicure and extra $5 for callus removal. No apology, nothing. I went in to get a pedi and nextgen and for some reason an employees child was there making so much noise constantly, I have nothing against kids but when I'm spending over $100 I would like some peace and quiet. The gentleman doing my nails cut me 4 times even after me saying ouch multiple times, and wouldn't get off his phone to get my nail color right. My wife and I decided to treat ourselves to some relaxation and get a pedicure. We were greeted and seated quickly. We felt welcomed in and we were seated in two amazing massage seats. We were offered something to drink and accepted two bottle waters. My attendant, Diana was absolutely amazing! She clearly knew what she was doing. She is highly skilled. My wife sitting next to me even had to notice how well Diana attended to my calves and feet. AWFUL! WORST nail salon experience ever, anywhere! Polish colors don't match swatches, 3 different fingers were nicked by the electric file and burn, rude service, lack of attention to detail, nails turned out too thick, yet color is different on several nails (different amount of powder applied). Had to redo nails and the 2nd time still turned out bad! Here's the story.... I called the nail place on 7/8/19 asking for an appointment. I asked what was the latest I could come in for nexgen on my hands. The lady said 6:45pm, so I set my appointment and I specifically requested a nail technician who is very experienced. My friend and I got there right at 6:45pm to get our hands done, yet didn't leave till after 9:30pm when the salon called the POLICE! Alex was doing my nails. I picked out 2 colors, a sparkly white and a teal from the swatches they have available. As he was doing my nails, he managed to hit my fingers with the electric file numerous times to the point where 3 different fingers have scars that burn! He was pretty rough on my nails, especially getting the old nexgen off without having to take the adequate time to soak it off. Once he started polishing my nails, I kept telling him the colors looked too light and he kept saying it was okay. Once he was done, I didn't like EITHER color as they were BOTH much lighter and duller than the samples I had picked from. I compared my nails to the swatches and they saw they were wrong! 1st they blamed it on the powder being almost out in the cab they used (if they know that's an issue, they shouldn't use that can). Then they blamed the issue on the swatches being white under the polish unlike human nails (but this isn't my 1st time getting my nails done w nexgen and it hasn't been an issue prior). They didn't want to redo my nails and offered to just add another coat on top. I said absolutely not and that I wasn't walking out of the salon with hideous nails! They agreed to redo my nails and not charge me for the service at all. Angie was the one redoing my nails. She was irritated that she had to stay last closing to fix Alex's mess! The issue there is that they work there and are paid to be there, whereas, I pay to be there and it's my precious time off wasted due to their carelessness! We picked colors they promised would be better and bolder like I had originally requested. Angie made my nails too thick, even though I said I wanted them thin! She nicked a different finger adding more injury! On one of my fingers, she left off a coat of polish so that finger is a shade different than the rest! On my thumb that was white, she left a visible ugly line on 2 sides of the nail and refused to fix it when I pointed it out to her. On the teal nails, she made them very light st the base by the cuticles even after I told her I hated how Alex did that previously! She said it looks better this way, I told her I hated this and she basically said too bad! I asked if the salon was a chain or individually owned, to which Angie said she didn't know cuz she just worked there. She was hesitant to give me her name or Alex's name when I asked for them. I was forced to repeat my questions several times as she was ignoring me to my face. All the while my friend who also got her nails done by Angie (while Alex was doing mine the first time) had to sit there and wait on me and listen to the nonsense. Her nails turned out okay at best! They wasted a LOT of our time by not doing right the first time! When they were finally done with my nails, we all walked up to the register and Angie said I didn't have to pay just like we agreed. Then she proceeds to ask my friend for payment. All we did was state that it wasn't fair to make her pay when they wasted all that time of hers and they were being rude. We NEVER said she wasn't paying, simply raised a concern! At that moment Angie called the Princeton police department by dialing 911 and wasting their time now too! 2 patrol cars showed up and 4 officers walked into the salon, HOW EMBARRASSING!!!!! The officers told her we didn't do anything wrong by asking a question and we never left or threatened to leave! It's so sad to me that the salon would find it appropriate to waste the policeman's time and tie up 911 when someone could of had a TRUE emergency! My nails look bad, a lot of my time was wasted, I was embarrassed in front of the police, and I definitely was not made to feel appreciated as a customer at all! I would never go back to this awful nail place! There are so many better options around! read more
