I was a walk in customer and while I got seated right away. I wasn't asked to pick a color for my pedicure till after the tech came by and said "oh! You can go pick a color, it's over there" gesturing with her hands. I asked for a standard pedicure which was $45 and included callouts removal. I got a pedicure where I was asked to put my feet into water hot enough to burn them, no apologies provided. Then the tech barely soaked my feet for 3 minutes before she asked me to take them out and proceeded to cut off my te nails almost to the quick without even asking how much I wanted t shorten them. Them proceeded to file them roughly causing pain, then she scrubbed my foot for a 40 seconds with the disposable scrub sponge and proceeded to do what was a poor excuse for a foot/leg massage (honestly an 8 year old could have done a better job) running your fingertip up and down my calves with no pressure at all is pointless IMHO. Then she slapped on the polish and handed me a bill for $32. So instead of getting the standard pedicure I had asked for I got an express pedicure because I guess they felt like they could just do whatever they wanted. On a separate note, I watched the giving the customers who were getting the gels and the dip and acrylic nails a leather bound drink menu to chose a drink from, all I was offered was would you like to drink something no details on options. The tech that did my pedicure spoke all of 2 words to me the entire time. It was the most underwhelming, disappointing pedicure I've ever had in my life and I would never go back there. If you're going to be careless, unfriendly and overpriced don't expect customers to return. I don't recommend this place to anyone! If there was an option to give them zero stars that's what I would do. read more

horrible is an understatement and if I could give zero stars I would. First of all when making an appt, we asked for a specific nail tech and they scheduled us with another - when getting to the salon, we mentioned we asked for the specific nail tech and the short lady at the front raised her voice and said "no" then the lady doing my toes was wearing a top so inappropriate with her chest showing. There were about 4 other customers who had been sitting in a pedicure chair for over 15 min waiting to be serviced. Aside from that when I asked to see all of the gel colors they only showed me a few color options. After they completed my service I saw that there were more color options that they didn't show me which had colors that I actually liked so now I'm stuck with the color that is ugly. I will never return to this nail salon for the horrible service and everyone having an attitude. read more

Horrible service from the girl at the front desk. She's rude and doesn't try to accommodate. I went here less than 2 weeks ago and two nails have fallen off and lifting after just a few days. I asked if my soak off will be discontinued or waived and she said no they have a 7 day nail guarantee and since it's after 7 days then they won't do anything. Also the soak off would still be $15 even with 2 nails missing. I also work in an office and barely use my hands. The nails lifted so quick, I have never had nails fall off this quickly and I use to be a nail tech myself. read more

To be clear this review is on THIS visit only! Steven... dont ask for him. Especially if you are in there because you have had the toughest, worst week of your 42 years on this planet and you JUST want to do something nice for yourself. He will walk up, close the color book you've clearly set out to show what cost you've picked, he wont say hi or introduce himself, then he wont listen when you tell him what you actually want and he will walk back over with polish instead of powder and then when you get short with him bc he has been rude already and question why he got said polish he will argue with you, storm off cussing SO LOUDLY that the ENTIRE STORE then stares at YOU the rest of your visit. I ended up having a major panic attack to the point I was bawling and couldn't breathe. The lady who I assume is the manager or owner (idk) is brought over. She told me she would have him come apologize. Did that happen? NOPE! Was it offered a full comp? Nope. Discount? Nope. Just me being extremely embarrassed the ENTIRE. TIME. I. SAT THERE!! Mind you is spend over $200 with tip every time I come in there. I have sang this place's praises so much! I am utterly shocked at what I experienced today. Stephen... I wanted to wait till I couldn't have enough of my nails and rip them of myself to write this because I wanted to have just a little bit of hope for this place, unfortunately I had my hopes up too high. I got my nails done on the 21st and yes 8 days later I had to take my nails off myself because of how much pain my nails were in And just for context this is now the 3rd time I've ever gotten my nails done EVER and the first 2 times I've loved them but I had them done someplace else, but those times after I've gotten them off my nails were never sensitive or bendy but OML My nails are in pain and feel raw, my natural nails are very thick but it feels like he filled them down so thin that paper could cut my nail I wanted a nude and black marble look done on my nails I showed the front desk and they said they'd be able to do it but the guy who did my nails refused to do them saying it couldn't be done so I went with a full black with and air brushed blue center. I waited for my nail tech for a while which didn't bother me really but it was the fact that he kept going on his phone and looking at Facebook while doing my nails. The acrylic he used had bubbles in it after putting it on my nails and when he did the color with the airbrush he let it spill off on the side and my nails were all different color opaques so one would be vibrant with color another would be dull with little color, my nails felt super rushed but didn't bother to try and fix the bubbles on them My nails ended up being $70 which is not bad but I didn't like my nails, I still ended up tipping $20 because I'm not an ass and the people are doing their jobs and it's their income but many many girls come into a nail place to feel confident when they walked out I felt like hiding my nails because of how disappointed I was in them I'm honestly upset because they advertise so many beautiful nails on there instagram page and wanted to give this place a chance But if your gonna have me leave this nail bar feeling upset with my nails then what about all the others with poor quality nails read more

Absolutely phenomenal service! I made a reservation about an hour before for 2 adults and 8 girls to get their nails done, with about 4 other moms there to hang out. They were fantastic at accommodating and keeping the girls together. The drinks were delicious, especially the Mai tai. I personally got the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing! WOW!!!! What a terrible experience. My wife and I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure. We made it very clear from the beginning we wanted it done at the same time. They said we would have to wait about 30 to 45 min, that was fine. We got seated and they started in me first. I said hey when is she going to get started on. They said in a minute. 20 min late still nothing. We asked again still nothing. We decided to leave. I said I would pay for something but not everything considering they didnt finish. I picked the 52$ deluxe package from the beginning. When I went to pay it was 54$ I said that's bull shit how did it go up in price. She said its because I had a extra service. I then said that makes no since. If I would have had the deluxe it would have been 52$ you didnt do all the work im not payin full price. Then I said that's fucking bullshit. She asked me not the curse at her. Then I said them make it make since why I have to pay full price plus 2$ for half service. I then asked for a manager she said "she was the fucking manager and I have to deal with her". I payed a lesser price because she stated she was going to call the law if i just leave. I do not appreciate the terrible customer service and very unprofessional people that work at this establishment. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YALLS HEARD EARNDED MONEY FROM THIS DISAPPOINTMENT. greedy, fraudulent, and full of scammers. I came in to the salon for a full set and gel color change on my toes. I walked in and showed Jennifer (front desk girl) the different nails and got quoted on each picture how much the set would be I do this every time because I like to know exactly how much I'll be spending. I showed her 4 pictures 3 of which were 100+ the last picture she quoted me 65 she wrote all of the prices on the back of my check in paper. I said ok and chose the last one. At check out they ring my nails up for 135.00.... I told the guy who closes the register at the end of the night Jennifer quoted me before I got my nails done he then proceeds to call her she confirmed she quoted me. He hangs up the phone and says she is stating she told you it is "starting" at that price (which she never said starting... she said TOTAL) I then asked where did an extra $70.00 come from. He failed to explain the ridiculous up charge. I've had friends who worked in these establishments and have told me how all salons pay a percentage of your total to each tech. Essentially these people double charge and make their own prices which is exactly why I ALWAYS ask before having my nails done. At no point did the man remedy the situation his responses were very snarky & "hurry and pay" vibes. All im saying is if I was white my nails would've been 65.00.... I understand as a nail tech you may feel you deserve a certain amount for your work. Go solo be independent do it at home or some thing and make your own price idk but my nails were not at all worth 135.00. I will NEVER be back here and highly suggest anyone reading this not to go. Very sad because I like the work I've had done here so I always leave GREAT tips for the techs. Both nails and toes. Especially when I'm satisfied. 0/10 just for the up charge. 0 aura points.
