This has been my go to place for price and value for a couple years now. Everyone is always very nice and attentive. I would recommend always making an appointment because they do get very busy at times. Lily does my nails every time, she's the best but all the techs work hard and are so sweet. What I really appreciate is that she makes sure as she goes if you like it and is always so open and nice to any feedback that I offer. First time coming here was this last Sunday. Lily was very sweet and did a great job on mine and my daughter's nails! I unfortunately broke my thumb nail on Tuesday, no fault of lily's, and she was able to get me in right away to fix it. The place is a bit run down and less modern than we're used to but didn't really bother me. We will be back and next time trying the pedis :) oh, and try the donut place next door! Welp I did originally write a great review for this place, but now they have gotten too comfortable with me as a customer I guess. Came in for my usual shellac polish change and dip manicure. Someone started on my toes while they waited for another technician to become available to do my nails. Another nail technician came over to start on my nails because she was the first available. One of the nail techs started on my nails and then another customer walked in. She literally stopped doing my nails to then start on the customer who walked in 30 minutes after me without an appointment. They didn't start on my nails again until after I had been in the salon for about 45 minutes. The other customer was in and out before I was. I have been coming here consistently for a year but I guess cause they knew I be coming back they just wanted to take care of someone else first. Will not be coming back anymore. What a shame. My experience at this salon has been wonderful. The nail technicians are always kind, I moved into the area a few months ago and I have been to the salon 3 times. Once I broke a nail from unpacking boxes and they so kindly fixed it for me before I had to go on a business trip. The service is excellent, the nail technicians are kind and caring, attentive and want to make sure you are truly happy with your nails. I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and this salon is one of the best customer service experiences I have had at nail place. I've been to other nail salons in the area, but this salon surpassed them all! Mandy did my pedicure and made sure I was comfortable with temperatures of the water, towels, paraffin wax etc. She did such a wonderful job! Went on a Tuesday afternoon to get next gen nails for my daughter and I. We were the only ones in there. It took 1hour and 45 mins. Too long. The girl that did mine had to fix what the man did to my daughters nails. In the end both daughter and I had cuts all over our cuticles since they used the drill so rough on us. The girl was even yelling at the man before we left. The store is clean but no music, no ambience to make it a relaxing enjoyable experience. I went here the other day with a friend to get a pedicure. Within 5 minutes of he pedicure starting I already knew this was not going to end well. The lady was stabbing under my nail and even though I told her she kept doing it. Then to make it even worse she rushed the whole thing and when it was time to paint my nails they were messed up within seconds because she told me to go literally a minute after painting them. Then when I got home I realized how bad of a job she did so I went back the next day to get them fixed. The same lady did mine and messed them up AGAIN!! Do not recommend! read more

I tried once again. The last time I was informed to make an appointment. Like other reviews, I arrived at 6:00 (they close at 7:00) and was told that they stopped taking clients. Fast forward to a year later.....today. I called yesterday for an appointment for my daughter today. I was told to be there at 9:15 and be on time. We arrived at 9:13. They began to ask if I could come back later, but I stopped the lady by telling her my name and that I had an appointment. She asked my daughter to pick out a Nextgen color. Then sat her at another table. Then went to do another person's nails and the other person's daughter! I wait, and wait, and wait. Now it's 9:50am before she comes over to my daughter (only to get something out of the desk that my daughter was sat at) and then told her "5 more minutes". I reminded her that we had an appointment. She responded, in an unpleasant voice, that she was filing the other woman and to please wait. Another 10 minutes goes by. I stepped outside and called Anna Nails and they said "come right over". I went back in and collected my daughter. The lady said, "If you have to go, then you can just leave her. She has her phone, right?" Um.....NOT! We were at Anna Nails 3 minutes later. 3 seconds after choosing a color, my daughter received service........at $10 cheaper. I'm not trying then again. read more

I paid more at this salon than I do at my regular salon in Allen. The water was too cold, despite them adding in Warner water, the woman doing my pedicure never said 2 words to me, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a manicure despite them being slow when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I had 3 different people for my 2 different services. This is the 2nd time I've been there and the 2nd time I've been disappointed. I will not be back. Worst experience ever read more

Went with my mother to see if they did a better job than our usual nail salon and we will only go to US Nails from now on. They welcomed us warmly, treated us with respect and asked if we were doing ok several times. They took their time making sure we were getting the best service possible.
