They left dust and excess clear coat all over her fingers and the gel polish is very streaky and different shades, it looks like they did two different colors but did not. She filed them after she painted them so the tips are all white and weird now. They look splotchy. Not worth the price and even after I asked her to fix it she didn't. This is what we left with - they thought this was a good "final" gel mani. And I sat there waiting for my turn and about 15 min before they closed (my daughter was almost done) a man asked if I was ready for my gel mani. I told him nevermind. We won't be back here even though it's right down the road from our new apt.

She runs a great business, provides excellent results, and is pleasant to talk to. The facility is clean, beverages are offered, and the facility is spacious and pretty. She remembers me from prior visits which makes me feel valued, as does the receptionist. The color selection is large, including new seasonal colors just added! My difficult nails simply look better and last longer than other places. I've had GelX, Acrylic, and Dip from Phoebe as well as pedicures from the other techs, and love it all every time. The massage chairs are comfortable and relaxing. A nail tech and pedicure tech will work on both at the same time to allow me to get in & out of there quicker. This seems to be a Texas practice, it was new to me when I moved here and I do like it to help manage my busy working mom schedule. When I have the time, I may reserve my nails separate from my pedi to be able to fully enjoy the massage chair as needed to turn it off during any detailed nail work. My first summer with Phoebe included many different colors and designs on my nails. She never disappointed and always checked to make sure I liked it! My 4th of July nails were my absolute favorite with blue & red nails and a few well placed stars. Phoebe also did marbling for me one time, and I was truly amazed at her artistry. So beautiful. The area is growing rapidly, so recommend making an appointment, but walk ins are welcome. I REALLY appreciate that I can text to schedule an appointment as it is hard to make calls during the day. I get my nails done about every 2-3 weeks and each time I have changed up the length, style and shape of my nails. The decor and style of the salon is very cute and up to date. Everything I have seen has always been clean and sanitized properly. There are numerous nail tech tables and pedicure chairs. There has never been that long of a wait, even on busy days. They have televisions on the wall but they normally are playing really good music in the background and just have standard screen saver photos on the TV's. I think this is actually refreshing because you can have conversations with the people around you and the techs. There are different options for pedicures and the prices are reasonable and standard for the profession. If you are in the area this is a nail salon you should try.

I walked in and asked for gel extension showed them the nail inspo pic and they kept saying acrylic. I said no I want gel extensions and they kept just saying acrylic acrylic acrylic. Salon also does not have any blooming gel or charms, which would've been nice to know since that's what my inspo pic included. They mainly do acrylic and they have no ventilation in the salon and nothing to catch the acrylic powder so it's everywhere in the salon very hard to breathe. Wish I would've known this was going to be $200 beforehand as well that's insane. Also, there's a massive communication barrier. They couldn't understand a single word I was saying, and I could not understand a single word they were saying as well.
