I went to this place yesterday for the first time and I will not be going back. The woman with glasses will not be doing my pedicure again. She did a horrible job on the pedicure itself (didn't do what I asked, tried to use a drilland I had toe nail polish all over my toes. She got some of it off and instead on wiping it on a paper towel, she actually wiped it on my flip flop. I tipped accordingly, left, and promptly found a new place to get my pedicure redone. Also, I had asked for a classic manicure at the same time as my pedicure. The owner said they didn't have time to do them at the same time. Worse that I have ever received. Lady at front, I believe her name is Tran. I showed a picture of what I wanted...asked her several times if she was able to do this and she claimed she was great in the design. My young 11 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. Nothing like what I wanted...design all lopsided and the flower design looked more like a devil pitch fork. My fingers on the sides and underneath are all sloppy with product stuck on them. Her tools were all dirty and unkempt. I should have walked out then. This place is a total mess with substandard nail results. Never again. Ugh. read more

I have always loved this place, but I went today & had an older woman, with dark hard & glasses, who started my pedicure after my mom and sisters got started. She rushed through my pedicure, didn't put a clear coat under the polish, had paint on my skin and most of my nails aren't painted all the way. By the time they finished my mom's gel pedicure, she was on her 4th pedicure. It seemed she was in a rush and just wanted more customers for more tips. I will be back but I will deny service from her. read more

Nails looked great! Loved them, but a week and a half after getting them they started trying to come off. And 2 did. I have never in 20 + years had acrylic or dip come close to coming off even after a month. So bummed. read more

Absolutely fabulous place! I went there late after work and was apologetic for being the last one. I was worried they would have to work late because of me- they were SO GRACIOUS and KIND. This started out as a way more negative review. I made the mistake of being a walk-in on a Saturday. The salon was crowded and wait times a bit long. That being said, the pedi was well worth the wait. The pedicurist was not too rough with the massage which is often the case at other salons. Then, he introduced me to a gel powder manicure. The skies opened, the angels sang and all is right with the world. The place is clean, prices are fantastic and John is my new go-to nail guy. My tip: Avoid Saturday at the salon like the plague it is...our at least have an appointment. read more

HORRIBLE. My daughter (4) and I went in for an appointment. It took us over 2 hours. All she got was her nails and toes painted. I had a set of nails put on. They kept getting up to do other things while doing ours. My nails didnt look great but oh well.. Within a week 3 nails popped off. The quality was horrible. I will never go back. read more

I've been here off and on for years. I usually get the gel overlay pedicure. The past few times I've gone, the gel doesn't set and its sticky. The last time instead of putting an acetone soaked cotton ball on my toes and covering it with foil to remove the old gel, the man used a small scraper thing and took parts of my toenail off! The worst manicure I, my kid, or my mother in law have ever had. Asked for 3 manicures and a pedicure. Was there for over 3 hours. My pedi technician was less than desirable. Didn't clip my nails, I had to ask him to go back and fix multiple areas. And then he kept messing the polish up so I just gave up and fixed them myself at home. I then had to walk barefoot because of wet nails and they not offering the flimsy little flip flops, on an unclean floor and who knows how many peoples nail clippings getting stuck to the bottom of my feet (nauseating) to the manicure desk to get my nails done where that nap tech aggressively shaved the sides of my nails into a weird angle and then barely put any dip product on my nails. My daughters manicure was totally half assed as well with gaping areas where there was no product whatsoever and her opaque nail color shed picked was completely see through on her nails due to not having enough. A week later and we were at another nail salon getting them re done because of how badly broken and how many nails had just fallen off. 0/10 Do not recommend read more

0 stars!!! Today I went to see Tran at Natural Nails who I've been going to for almost 20 years. I walked in with myself and a friend (of color). We told her we needed 3 full sets and 3 pedicures. She asked if we would come back at 7 because she was so busy. Absolutely, no problem. We call her at 530ish and ask if she can add another full set and pedicure. She says yes but come right now to start our pedis so we can get our nails done right at 7. We arrive... She greets us and one of the guys says u have to buy mask to stay in here to myself and a friend. (Of color.) we buy the masks and explain the other girls are on their way. She tells me to go to pedicure chair and my friend to go to full set chair. We do. Our homegirls arrive. Tran tells them they have to buy masks if they don't have one. They do no problem. Then she tells them they need to go outside. She says they can't wait inside the nail shop and to go to sidewalk or their car. My friend says ma'am you just told us to come up here to do our pedis. Tran responds and tells her she said to wait outside no one inside only 1 or 2 of them allowed at a time. they go wait outside. Mind you there are customers in the pedicure chairs with no masks and they mentioned they weren't requested to wear masks why are they making us? Here comes another paying customer. She's an older white woman... Tran, " Hey come inside! Hands her mask from her drawer that she didn't have to pay for or request. She then tells her she doesn't need to wait outside with... apparently my colored friends. Come inside and have a seat and relax you'e next! so another woman who was getting a full set mentions the free mask and also how she at this point has 4 colored women waiting in line on the sidewalk outside. The white lady chimes in, "I have an appointment! " so we ask Tran what's the difference... we have appointments here and already came back a second time to accommodate her busy schedule and this doesn't seem right. Tran sticks with it and tells us that she had appointment and even though we did too she can wait inside but she can't have more than 1 or 2 of my colored friends inside at a time and they can wait out in car or on sidewalk until it's their turn. Now... she did not mention color, I did. The absolute ONLY difference in the people allowed inside and outside was color. This shit turned my stomach. The man was starting work on my pedi, i pulled my feet out of the water and told him I would be leaving and they all left as well. Including another paying customer. Racism is real y'all. A piece of shit is a piece of shit, no matter their fucking race. I am so livid about this right now. Natural nails will NEVER again have my business or anyone I know. There was no argument. There was no big riot. There was no hood behavior to cause her to treat my friends this way. I am disappointed beyond measure and so sick of having to witness this type of behavior. read more

Love this place for pedicures. Haven't had a bad experience with any of the techs ... from young to old. I would recommend it to my friends. Had a hard time finding a local pedicure place that I trusted. I moved to Sanger and I still go back to Natural Nails in Sherman. Been going on a year now ... still LOVIN THIS PLACE! read more

Walked in for a pidicure, manicure, and facial waxing. Very nasty experience. Everything was filthy. The room I was in for waxing smelled like pee. Can't beleive I even stayed. NEVER again! I would HIGHLY advise anyone to NOT use this place. For a total cost of $92, I expect way more of a nail salon. The have no pride at all in their facility. Sad! read more
